2nd Anniversary and 1.6 Horses

To celebrate the second birthday of Empire Minecraft and the release of the 1.6 update, the Empire released three special promotional horses, each with their own special Attributes. The three horses were Valens, Saltar, and Incitatus. Valens has a high level of health, Saltar has a high jump level, and Incitatus has a high speed stat.
EMC has a variety of custom-coded items for many uses.
