Incitatus was released as one of the three promotional horses available during Empire Minecraft's 2nd Anniversary and 1.6 Horses update. This special horse has a high speed stat of 130%, with the other two stats randomized. Once Incitatus is spawned, the horse will have the specially-colored name.Incitatus

There have also been rare occurrences in which Incitatus spawned as a donkey rather than a horse, with a speed lower than 130%.
It should be noted that if Incitatus is eggified after being spawned in, the lore will be lost, but the name will remain.
