Witch's Gem

The Witch's Gem refers to a selection of items that became available after the Survival Updates (v 2.0).

Benefits(top)

When the item is in your off-hand or helmet slot, the Luck effect can improve your chances of gaining loot from mobs (alongside Looting), fishing and loot chests. This works in tandem with EMC's expansion on the luck system. It is similar to the effect of the Lucky Rabbit Foot item.

The Wearable attribute means you can wear these items on your head. Simply right click it while your inventory is open. When on your head, the Luck effect is boosted.

Variants(top)

There are four variants of the Witch's Gem, each with different means of obtaining them and with differing Luck levels. The lowest Luck item is occasionally dropped by Sorgina, while the others are obtained by upgrading lower tier gems.

• +0.25 luck when in off-hand / +0.5 luck when in main hand
• +0.5 luck when in off-hand / +1 luck when in main hand
• +0.75 luck when in off-hand / +1.5 luck when in main hand
• +1 luck when in off-hand / +2 luck when in main hand

Upgrading(top)

The second variant of the Witch's Gem can be crafted with eight Spark and the lowest tier gem. This will produce a second tier gem.


The third variant of the Witch's Gem can be crafted with seven Spark and two second-tier gems. This will produce a third tier gem.


The fourth variant of the Witch's Gem can be crafted with six Spark and three third-tier gems. This will produce a fourth tier gem with the highest luck level.
