It also has the Soulbound and Final attributes, so it is not modifiable, and will stay with you upon death.
It gives you two HP (one heart) over the max health when it is worn or when it is held, four HP (two hearts) if you are wearing one and holding one, and six HP (three hearts) if you are wearing one and holding two in both hands, but this will disable you from fighting because you will not be able to hold a weapon.EMC has a variety of custom-coded items for many uses.
