Charged Pearl

Charged Pearl is a functional item that was released after the Survival Updates (v 2.0).

There are three variants, which differ in their expiry time: short (5 minutes); medium (unknown); long (unknown). The expiry time is relative to US Eastern Standard/Daylight Time, which is the same as EMC Time (/time).

Use(top)

When consumed with a right click, the pearl will teleport you as a normal ender pearl does, and apply an effect that grants you 'Ender Energy', which is especially important to defeating Eyender because it makes your attacks against him do greater damage.

The message "You feel the power of Ender Energy" will show up on your screen while the effect is active. It will change to "Your Ender Energy has faded" when the effect runs out.

Obtaining(top)

The short version is dropped by the enderman Enraged Guardian (although a current bug may affect this).

The medium version is crafted by surrounding a normal ender pearl with Spark (a custom item).


The long version is occasionally dropped by Enraged Enderman and Eyender.
