Administrators make up the highest rank on the Empire. They have total power, although each one has a specific job (Community Manager or Lead Developer) that dictates their primary focus on the Empire. They manage the Empire and keep it running smoothly.

Aikar is the Owner of Empire Minecraft. He is also a Developer. He joined on January 20th, 2012. It was the second Minecraft server he tried on a server list. “The first one required obtaining some builder rank that was not clear to me, and since I never played single player (jumped straight to multiplayer), I had no idea what to do when I got Minecraft.” Outside of EMC, Aikar is a Software Engineer.
Q&A What do you like to do IRL? Outside of Programming, Fitness and playing the game Ingress (Gaming + Fitness), though Max never wants to play with me Favorite animal and why: Cats. They are our secret masters and all... Favorite Website: google.com? I don't use Reddit or YouTube or any of those other silly sites. It's pretty much programming stuff and EMC. Favorite thing about EMC:Community of course. It's what drives me to continue doing this, to make as many as I can happy. Favorite color and why: &9 Blue - well a lighter shade. Just always liked it, and used it for the original "Eternia" I created 7-8 years ago. Favorite Minecraft feature: TNT. I like to make things go boom... Favorite Minecraft block: Pre 1.8 Double Stone Slab. If you were a mob in Minecraft, what would you be and what would you do? I would be a flying ball of TNT, launching Ender Balls at people that blow up like TNT on impact. There would be lot of holes. Favorite music: Electronic music in general. Vocal Trance primarily, but I also enjoy Dubstep to get groovy to.

Q&A What do you like to do IRL? Wait, Minecraft isn't real? Favorite color and why? Red. Not certain why, but it is my addiction. For about 10 years of my life I wore red every day. This is no longer the case but red is still my special color. If you were a mob in Minecraft, what would you be and what would you do? What do you mean "if"? I am a chicken with a robotic eye. If you had to lose one sense, what would it be? Smell.

Q&A What do you like to do IRL? Play Minecraft, I love to read and watch Doctor Who. Favorite animal and why: Varies. I love the odd animals like platypus or mantis shrimp (not actually an animal). Out of the domestic animals, I would have to say a cat. Why? I can leave for a few days and I'm not worried about it tearing up the house. Favorite Website: square.empireminecraft.com Favorite thing about EMC: The Community and the ability to see their builds. Favorite color and why: BLUE! All shades of it. Why? I really don't know. I love the calmness of it in the light blue sense, but then the drama of it with aquamarine. I also love the ocean and the ocean has all sorts of blue in it. Oh and the TARDIS is blue =P
On a side note, I am also an extreme fan of the color Royal Purple. Not my admin purple, but just a bit deeper. Something about it screams elegance. It was also the color of my prom dress in my senior year of high school.
