Recovering Lost Accounts
  • If you should ever forget your email and the password to your forum account, or no longer have access to the email registered on your account, it is possible to have the email or password reset.

    To do this, you must message the Senior Staff here (Forums) or email support@empireminecraft.com, while supplying all the details you can remember about the account, such as:
    • The username of the account
    • The email registered on the account
    • The name of the referrer to that account
    Note that we will work with you to the best of our ability to verify information, but if we have reasonable cause to believe you are attempting to change access information to get access on an account that is not yours, your request will be denied. The easiest manner to handle your lost account is by having access to the email, but we evaluate each case individually and do our best to help.
