    After an impromptu drop party hosted by Aikar in 2013, the Instructions paper was made purchasable at the SMP1 Town spawn for a cost of 100 Rupees per paper. The shop was only up for approximately a minute before it was taken down, making these items a rare find. The Instructions papers are simply renamed pieces of paper serving no purpose besides being collectible items.
