The head was first given out on August 7th, 2014, awarded retroactively to three players who had won the event previously. Anyone who has made it to last block standing in any FireFloor event after this date has also received the head.
The Orange Krysyyjane Head is rare, with less than 100 awarded since it was introduced. You can check the winners of the Heads at the FireFloor arena on /games.
