The Fish Bowl is a special glass block that was awarded to players who finished the Empire Space Program: Voyage to Mars event and submitted screenshots of themselves in the Helm/Navigation Room of the spaceship where the event was held (/utopia and /v +esp). Participation Prize
The item can be worn on players' Heads by putting it in their inventory's armor helmet slot. This is in keeping with the space theme of the event because, as it is a glass block, it resembles a space suit helmet (and fish bowl) when worn. The block cannot be placed.
This is the first custom item awarded during Empire Space Program events, with the other event being 'Going to the Moon' from July 2017.
