Turning 25 next month. Part of me wants to do that whole growing up thing a few people have told me to try out but part of me also really wants to buy an XSR700 for myself and go riding with my friends 😩 why is being an adult so hard Apr 12, 2025

      Awoke to the news that a classmate of mine who I've known since I was 2 years old suffered a major stroke on Wednesday. 19 years old, just finished her first year of university and had just had her first holiday to Spain with her best friend two weeks ago. This isn't nice.

        I'm more Welsh than I am English and am also (well, application isn't done yet but unless Ireland wants to start a diplomatic incident over me and restart a civil war, I as good as have it) an Irish citizen... I assume the Dutch appreciate both cultures more than English football hooligans you people are used to? :P

      Lost a family member in a car crash yesterday. We went to the same school for a few years but weren't close. He was studying animation at university. Went over the speed limit on a rainy day and totalled his car. Don't drive like idiots kids x

        Oh yeah I'm fine, it was just a surreal thing because my uncle and grandmother were still close to that side of the family, I saw him in school on occasion before he left, and he died a 60 second drive up from my house because he was speeding while there was a hurricane here (don't do that). I appreciate the well wishes though, will mentally pass those on to the family that need them.
