Well, with Jelle on a break as well, we are playing with the minimum amount of people, which makes for a (temporary) stranding every time the person who is allowed to post doesn't post when checking the alert.

It's a very annoying issue too, so now I'll have to deal with it for 1.5 weeks longer... >.< I just want the working product I freaking paid for. :/

Ah, cool! It's great. :) The previous problems were fixed, but the jew problem that I described (perhaps a bit vague) in the second part of my post is now a thing. I'll have to call the manufacturer again next week... :/

I don't put important stuff in my Downloads folder, I sometimes don't retrieve it from there. :P

Then how does it get in there? ;) Ah, it is the default place to save downloads for some browser configurations.

Everything I download goes into downloads. :D

Currently have a new 2019 IdeaPad, but the screen's having a lot of trouble that if it's not on night vision when unplugged, it tries to play a song with the brightness going up and down.... -.- so annoying. That's the only real issue... Tis why I was asking. (plugged in, it's ok)

Ah that sucks, you should contact the manufacturer to try to get it fixed!

It's ov-chipkaart.nl... :P Was going to call them, but then thought of a better idea: just add spaces in my username to create a new account, which worked. :D It's quite poor though, for almost all issues they suggest to just make a new account.... >.<

It is indeed. :P The site to make an OV chipkaart itself was also somewhat janky, and it said that it takes them up to 6 WORKdays to make the card... which is ridiculously long in my opinion... I hope it won't be more than that, otherwise I'll get it too late... >.<

Sigh lol - they were coming again today, but I just got a call that they didn't have time anymore and would instead be coming on Monday.... Aaaaahhhh

I just realised that the creatures I had in mind were actually likely jellyfish... :P I'm sure I saw some squids too, though, and I'm also sure that tgey were cool. :)

And I now I realise that I typo'd "they" into "tgey"... I also typo'd "they" into "thry" in the main status (but edited it)... seems like my phone's touchscreen in combination with my fingers doesn't like the word "they"... :P (in general my touchscreen is terrible, sadly.)

Ah, yes, me too! The box looked mostly fine, had a few dents and some tape over the previous address came loose (it was sent from the seller to a different shop, from where my aunt resent it to here in France!), and the contents could move around a fair bit

Fortunately, there was a lot of protective bubble plastic, and everything is intact. :D Really happy with the device. :D

Well, sometimes it works fine, while other times is absolutely deplorable.... I still need a wired internet connection to my room - I'm fairly sure that most of the terrible internetness comes from having to usw Wifi. :/
