Doctor’s appointment didn’t bring good news 👎 did the hike on Saturday tho with no issues which was very fun!!! Will be doing a lot more 👍

Wanted to share this somewhere - I've been migraine-free for 8 days! This is the longest I've gone since August without suffering one. Hoping that means I can get out on a hike in the morning without triggering anything and my doctor's appointment on Monday brings some good news.

I made a joke to my girlfriend about how I was gonna raise our kids on Meshuggah and Slayer. She texted me back with "You're gonna be a great dad!!! xx" I read the text as "You're gonna be a dad!! xx" Never in my life have I felt such a great amount of chest pain.

Just watched my girlfriend graduate, on the Dean's List + got Best Student award. Couldn’t have picked a better or smarter girl, so proud of her!!

Girlfriend is still incredibly ill. Doctors don’t know what it is. Spent my birthday weekend looking after her and it completely passed me by. Got made redundant on Monday. 24th year on the planet is off to a great start.

Girlfriend has been in and out of hospital over the last week. Family came to take her home from university and I had to meet her older sister, her mum, and her step-dad all at once. Absolutely sickening experience.

House got burgled while me and my girlfriend slept alone in her house. Landlord’s living room TV stolen (💀). Police interview on New Year’s Eve. Topped off by the shower door exploding while she was in the shower and me spending the whole day cleaning up the glass 💀💀💀

Playing Minecraft with the Mrs. In awe of how much stuff has been added in the half a decade since I last properly played. Saw a toad. Admired the toad. Toads are cool. Then she ran in from the corner of my screen and beat it to death with a shovel. Tears.

Nan passed away on Monday morning. Gonna miss that woman but 73 was a pretty good run I can’t complain about.
