L That's not how it works, HMKX also has tantalum. If anyone does something one of the Alliance states doesn't like, they take it to the rest of the alliance. With approval from the rest, every state in the alliance cuts off Acess to the tantalum, thereby denying the target state access to vital electronics.

All of the Councils have now officially been elected. Michael Dukakis is the new President. The new Supreme Council (SC)'s current plan is to tie up some loose ends in the government. For example, the abandoned Metric Conversion Plan. Or the lack of good parks. And a slow-acting climate program. First, they're going to tackle the "lack of good parks" problem, so the SC has passed the Parks Act. Parks Act: It is required that every class-1 council area have at least 350 total square meters of area that is designated as "green open space", which may have a park or playground on it. Exceptions to this is if the area the class-1 council is on is heavily urbanized or if the class-1 council is unable to build a green open space due to unforeseen circumstances. The SC is also reinstating the Metric Conversion Plan, this time as the Meter-Liter-Gram Act. Meter-Liter-Gram Act: Installs the use of meters, liters and grams in the country. All people and businesses must convert over within the next 6 months. Lastly, the Un-deforestation Act: Un-deforestation Act: Like the coal job moves to solar, we are going to move 33% of deforestation jobs to other government jobs (unless if they want a different job).
Sydney, it's interesting how you're sometimes the most American person ever, and sometimes the least American person ever. It confuses me every time. What year are you (plural) in right now?
Please join New Nations, we need a new adult here. You don't need to be involved in a war at all, look what Sydney is doing, he is creating highways, making different artwork and stuff for those highways and building up his country piece by piece.
The coup mission to take over the Ivory Coast was not what was expected. Yeah, the militarized group who seized the government finally did it, but they are now going against the agreement with TUN and taking the country for themselves. They shredded the agreement to make the Ivory Coast a democracy and instead have made it a military controlled state. This was not what was agreed to, and TUN feels very embarrassed to have let this happen. Due to the disease that is spreading in Africa, UN troops stationed in Nigeria have been affected. Many troops have been pulled out of rural villages to seek a medical test. It turns out 4 marines have contracted the disease through contact with village peoples. This isn't good, considering that the entire militarized force in Nigeria needs to be evaluated. That's over 20,000 troops that are in Nigeria and over 3,000 that are at the possibilities of contracting the disease. Doctors are scrambling to figure out what this disease is and are working with medical teams to developing a vaccine. This vaccine won't be finished anytime soon, but they are working hard. Significant research on the disease and a possible cure will be found in 5 posts. Not only troops have been affected, but West and South African citizens have been as well. This is a huge problem for TUN, as they will have to repel a lot of troops from the country, losing significant control over territory. If this isn't planned right, Omni Laham could sneak through an unlocked door and completely take over Nigeria. TUN doesn't know what to do at this moment, but debates are spreading through the parliament. Many want to leave Africa because of the costs it will take to spread a greater influence there, yet many still want to stick with Africa because they fear The Empire and their total control of Africa. More troops have been transported to Nigeria, as well as medical teams. The disease isn't MASSIVE, but its a significant threat.
