  1. Please note that does say 'used to be a limit'. I was sharing information with a staff member about the previous status regarding a player they brought up and why I didn't want them on a team.

    Burki was friends with Kira and also a staff member. I mean in this case, it's now clear that was a problem, considering the levels that the specific group had gone through to continue to ignore progress we've made toward moving forward. But that's an isolated incident I'd hope.


    Thank you for sharing that screenshot actually. That's a private Convo on a private staff channel between a staff member and me. That is proof that in at least one case, confidentiality was breached and I'm not making things up. I took action when a staff broke the rules. It would be like exposing the staff notes on players about every report against them. We don't do it because it leads to things like this exactly. Those that think that's okay should not be staff.

  2. Yes, confidentiality was breached, you're not wrong about that, but it was exposed because what you said about one of your OWN players and your own community was wrong.

  3. I joined this server to benefit myself. Let us make this clear.
    Despite its interesting nature, it is now evidently clear that this server is going downhill. I can see it with my eyes and hear it. The server is an empty shell of what it once was. The Forums are not much better; although there is substantially more value in the Forums than the actual Server.
    I will leave this server if that means I can get better prospects elsewhere. And I will, but not now.
    However, that does not mean I will cease picking at the carcass that is EMC. There is still value to be had. The empty shell yet contains meat, if dwindling.
    As of now, there is benefit to staying. But EMC is dead, I am a Vulture picking at its corpse. Or maybe it is not yet dead. It is irrelevant. It matters not. It is as good as dead.
    It is terminal, if it's not dead already. I refuse to blame any one person.
    There is no recovery from decline. You don't get up from this kind of thing. You can't. There is no recovery from this kind of thing.
    The bad luck would have killed EMC on its own. No amount of good management could have stopped that.
    But what happens after only excerberated the inevitable.
    In any case, I remain.
    I will stay. I will leave when it becomes clear there is no benefit to staying.

  4. Yeah, it was a harsh opinion. Leave if you want if you think that having an unpopular opinion about someone in private is wrong, and know I call you a hypocrite as you do so. My private opinions on issues are private for a reason, just as yours are. Kira herself has mentioned her own actions in the past were very much immature and she's made comments about outgrowing it in discord chat. Just because I'm saying it (in private remember), I'm now a villain?

  5. Yes, that was confidentially released, you are right and that is something a staff member should not leak.

    However in saying that, what you said (that you do not deny) DOES NOT excuse the fact that you said such things towards other players in this community. For as much as we know, we have no clue what other disgusting things have been said about others. You play the "human" factor many times and try to repeat that we're all human, yes, but this should not be acceptable for any high ranking position, especially a position in which the things said above are by a COMMUNITY manager who MANAGES a FAMILY friendly server.

    Sure, play the "We've all made mistakes, we are human," card all day, but this is something that is hypocritical and honestly disappointing.
    Aikar, say all you want about agreeing with her as a CM and justifying your decision to promote her, but this is just pathetic.

    Especially a 30 year old woman saying those things to a 16 year old.

    Good luck defending this toxicity.

  7. What about what you said about Shel? I bet you want a pan for every one of us huh. These things to be said are wrong, about your own community. Kira is 16, Burk and her were NOT friends at that point, but they got close afterwards. Nonetheless, you are being a bit subjective here, (mentioning her friends).

    In my opinion you have no right to be saying these things about anybody, it's kind of messed up.

    You're somewhat right, people are entitled to private opinion, but as a COMMUNITY MANAGER who is an adult who should know better, this is just plain irresponsible and toxic.

  12. Shell and I have very much discussed my opinion of their posts in private before because they wanted the feedback and were mature enough to handle it. Do I honestly threaten they'd get apan to the back of the head? Of course not. I don't live anywhere near them and it was an expression of private frustration.

    There are a VERY few number of players I have ever discussed with other staff, and with good reason to do so. I'm a supervisor. When a staff member asks me why someone isn't on a team, I give my honest reason. Considering her actions, yeah I stand by my comment about drama. I'm sorry her name has been dragged through the mud by it being the subject here, as my private thoughts were never to be shared with her or anyone outside of that private convo. It wasn't even a Convo with all of staff. It was between one staff member and myself. I'm not sorry for being a supervisor and stating my view of past interactions with her when asked by my team member, as that is a part of my JOB.

  17. I'm not calling you a villain. Personally I was so hurt because I looked up to you and a bunch of other staff. Do not get me wrong, I was immature and things I've said were stupid and highkey sad. At this time Burk and I had been talking but I do not believe that we were as close as everyone is thinking. Even if we did not speak at all, this stuff shouldn't be said at all. If this changes a mods idea of someone, then you just ruined a friendship. I'm doing this because when this thread gets closed that will be there. I'm doing what Burki should have done ages ago. It sucks, I can't believe that I even let that screenshot get inside my head for a second.

    Also, if you hated me I can understand. To do things to my friends on purpose cuts deeper than anything. At least try to see through me to them.

  18. Your JOB huh? Seems as though you only want to do PARTS of your job recently from what I've been seeing. Voucher redeeming always done super late it seems that is the case these days 1 week Minimum to get vouchers redeemed. Events? Well... plenty of people have pointed this out, Showing up late, heck sometimes not showing up at all. Leaving Moderators to make it up for you.

    But hey seems as though you've got no problem with the part of your job that is insulting members of an amazing community. I wonder what else has been said, IK I can be pretty annoying with suggesting ideas / seeing if stuff is plausible or against the rules so I'm sure I've had so much said. I'd also like to point out that you should probably follow your own rules.

    My favorite thing I've been thinking about responding. Should someone with so much POWER have a short fuse? I've seen multiple occasions with people getting muted and banned by you for small things... I for one was muted for calling someone a party pooper my friend was muted (not sure if he made the mistake before but he hadn't been playing very long after a break) but got muted cause he forgot to put @M in front of his advertisement. Also still never got the full story behind it since I was at dinner... I wonder whatever happened to the person who I assume "jokingly" called you abusive and got banned for it and their name deleted.

  19. I respect you a lot man, and this made me respect you a whole ton more!

    If you lose your position as Stream team it will just be more examples of the authoritarian nature of Krysyy. Speaking your opinion and fighting a MORALE wrong now seems to lead you in demotion because you speak your mind.

    This is not Krysyy's server, this is EMC's server.
