It's amazing how many hours I've been drawn into thumbing through Imgur after getting a link to look at just one picture. Most of the posts are lol. Wicked addictive!! Where'd the day go!?

Wasteland adventure update...Marlix finally showed up. I really wanted a Boss mob but....what in the world was I thinking!? I don't remember Marlix bringing friends to the fight before. I am oh so tempted to drop my diff lvl. I have already died more times than I can remember. 😀

Wasteland adventure continued....Turned on that always feared Boss spawn flag. It has been years since I've been stomped on by Momentus, handed my head by Eyender or irritatingly shot at by Marlix. I'm ready and looking forward to our encounter. 😉

I have to say, I am having a ton of fun hanging out in the Wasteland, not too far from Spawn, killing all sorts of hostile mobs, including enraged on diff 7. I haven't done this in a long time. For the past couple of years jaunts into the Wasteland were only for mining on diff 1.

Just killed my first enraged ghast. I usually run away as fast as possible. Giving myself a pat on the back.

So, I was at my Zombie spawner last night mending my tools when I thought, these guys can't touch me why don't I change my setting from 1 to 8. I'll get a lot more drops. Woah! I didn't know the mobs would tp to me if there were blocks in the way! Changed smps then went 1

I started a mini dig near the latest mob spawner. It's been a few years since I dug a few chunks out to bedrock. There's a lot more to dig this time, hence the use of "mini".

Ok, back to work.

It's tea time!

I'm going to be pushing Winter aside today as I start onion and basil seeds under grow lights. It's an awesome way to boost your spirits if you feeling down.

It seems mob spawners are more plentiful in the Wastelands. Each time I venture out and mine I come across a couple. I found one last night just a few blocks under ground. I've decided to turn them into xp restoration points from now on.

Joining a shulker farm was probably the worst organizational decision I ever made in game. Before when I had only a few I would empty and sort the items after a trip into the Wasteland. Now I fill em and drop em any where they will fit on my res then make more. What a mess!

I finally found a music disk that wasn't Cat or No. 13. It's Lena Raine - Otherside. I always play with sound off so I don't know what it sounds like. 🙂

Homemade baked beans on toast for lunch. Very nice. I watch a lot BBC shows and beans on toast is mentioned on some of them so I had to try it.

Tired. 🙂 Coyotes woke up my dogs at 2:30 this morning. One of my dogs wanted to let us know so she barked until I got up. May as well take her out while I 'm up. Wow! Below freezing temps can really quickly wake me up. Get back to bed, repeat at 4 am. This time it was an owl.

What form of Deepslate is best to bring back from the Wasteland? Cobbled Deepslate or Deepslate mined with Silk Touch? I have always used Silk Touch so my inv isn't loadedup with ores and coal but I haven't sold any DS and was wondering if Cobbled DS is what is preferred.

Prepping for the snow storm that will start tomorrow night. Should be at least a foot of snow and parts of this state might get three feet. Only time will tell. The best snow storm I ever saw was the Blizz Ard of '78. That was somewhere around 3'.

Now that 1.18 is here we need another method of travelling in the air. There is now a chunk loading delay that makes the elytra a dangerous way of travelling. We need something much slower so we can avoid the abruptly tall terrain.

Hmmm..I wonder where the End portal is in smp3's Wasteland.
