Why would I as a staff member ever say that it was okay to claim you were breaking the rules? My message about clarifying things with staff in this situation was ways to make the staff communicate with you more clearly to let you know how to not break the rules. This clearly shows that you were told it was not allowed and yet you did it again. Please take this to a p.m. if you wish to continue
Likely when you saw an immediate ban it was because a staff member was in vanish and caught the player
A lot I'd imagine. How much effort does it take to appeal a ban? Thing is: some things are just too obvious and easily masked afterwards. If you think someone is abusing stuff then /report is the best idea. Let the staff sort it out.
Sometimes i feel bad for the staff on emc. People try to get away with things here that they can get away with on other servers because those servers have mods that don't care. Our moderators actually try to make the community better. People should be thankful for that and not waste their time with stupid jokes.

I'm kinda confused about what penguin is arguing about. Did he actually cheat? If so is he trying to get off on a technicality? Please correct me if I'm wrong and I am not trying to insult anyone.
Perhaps, but why not leave with a bang? I assume it was written with the intention of humour and pranking, but also to stir things up a bit. He most likely made it about hacking, as he had managed to do so before. This time staff got all wierd about it and banned him.
Every time I have UNintentionally stirred things up it's ended badly for me. There is no way in the Empire I'd want to do it again, intentionally. There are a few things I enjoy on EMC still, and wouldn't sacrifice it all to "go out with a bang."

Since you choose to continue this here let me start off by saying you're done playing the Martyr. I have the exact conversations where you told me you wanted to be banned. The only reason you've been changed to a dispute was because you learned that your sister's account which you have access to is also banned. If you wish to claim that any of this is a lie I can provide the logs for the community to see since you seem to be calling me a liar. I've been nice but this thread was about the rules and UHC and PVP. Let's have it return to on topic.
Are you sure? Isn't telling a player to leave considered rude? You did it once, I stepped in told you to stop being rude to a player who hasn't attacked you. You did it again afterwards. I don't think that qualifies as being nice. (from the dispute)
That was in a pm, not this thread. He lied directly to me. Refused to cooperate. We don't waste time with people that want to leave. We let them leave.
