  6. I can confirm that they are there. They are meant to control who can send you trade invites.

  9. When I wrote up the post for Aikar, he wasn't done coding it lol. He just knew he was adding it in. Since this was supposed to deploy while I was AT comic con, I was prepping as much as possible, but I agree and being specific is helpful.
