Been cough-free since Friday so that's good, but I'm still struggling with walking for longer than 10 mins at a time without running out of breath and my resting heart rate still hasn't settled back down to normal. It took my sister 2 months for that to correct itself when she had it though so I kinda expected that and since my cardio is way better than her's I should be better in a few weeks.

I've had some lingering fatigue too but that's been getting noticeably better as I've started eating + sleeping properly again. I do feel much better than when I had the virus though! :P
