Why should the ratio be 4:3? I'd assume most people nowadays use 16:9 monitors? Also, 1280x1024 is 5:4.
16:9 would still be fine. My main goal with this statement was to clarify that it shouldn't be vertically oriented or square. We've had that problem with entries in the past and it doesn't compare against others well.
Ahh, my (and probably also Tom's) "Aproximetly" is within a few pixels from, not a totally differnt ratio
