The staff information in the video was a feature added AFTER the removal of xxvexenxx from the staff team. So no, sorry. Also, that player hasn't been online in 1.3 years...
Alright. When reviewing the video, did you take into account mining to sounds, mining to entities, etc.?
Yes, audio is also included in the video so we can tell the exact points where that would have an effect. It doesn't.
Once again, not valid. Entities weren't included in all the areas he was directing his mining to. We've got a good 13:58 (just under 14 mins) of video just following him around and watching his illegal hacks at work. Plenty of time to have multiple pieces of evidence. Do you honestly wish to continue this?
Shouldn't this thread also not have been created after a fallout in PM? It's basically taunting us. But alas, to PM.
It wasn't created then or it would have been created earlier. Last night players that were going off of Penguin's example decided to fight staff when they were explaining the rules. Therefore it was decided the entire community needed a very clear reminder of what was and wasn't allowed. I wanted to keep the specific matter of Penguin's ban in a PM, but my conversations were quoted and brought in pictures/video to the public eye by you.
If this thread was meant as a reminder about a rule, why wasn't it immediately locked after the initial post and then made a sticky post? Why do we need discussion about a rule that has been in place for years?
Because the staff are that honest: they will allow you to badmouth hem (sometimes!) and tell you: "Ok, done now? So now that you calmed down: this is what happened....". Even when things get ugly and some cool people, <cough>not me</cough> lose their cool, they go on and turn the other cheek. Nasty thread? For sure. Now you try convince me that the staff won't listen to counter arguments... Lost cause; just look at this thread. Its nasty but does have value. If ya'll excuse me: I got 5 min left to try & mine some ores
