Did you know that the Svastica(nazi symbol) was used long ago by the persians? Then the nazis took their symbol and now everyone thinks about ww2 and holocaust and all of that when they see that symbol. It's the same case, eagles have been the symbol of many cultures but now almost everyone thinks about USA when they see an eagle.

This sounds really cool, the only thing is I have some potential problems that I have seen in the past. First of all, before you have people come and settle the area you will want to lay out all government buildings and major infer structure (such as roads and waste pipes). Secondly, I might suggest you don't found banks. The problem with banks is that in the wild it's hard to regulate them and because there are no chest shops there is no real urgent need for rupees so the banks would probilbly either get huge and fat (like our banks) or they will fail. A third this is that you may want to model your government on an already existent government, to make your work much easier. Just suggestions.
Oh and also, could you pm me the cords and when you are planning to draft the constitution?

This sounds really interesting, and that it could turn out really cool or really lame. Nevertheless, I still think it would be cool to help with the actual building stuff, so if its not ridiculously far out I might find some time to come out and help.
