Actually, I have a service where I go to the SMP7 Express and mine Quartz there and transfer it, but he isn't talking about that, so, you're correct. Like Jacob said, he paid for access to the railway, not for the Quartz itself. That is a different matter, which can be asked about via a PM to me.
This is great just one thing.... Can there be a SMP 1 Quartz Express? I could go 30k+ out in nether and start it for yall.
