  1. SEU could not care less about what the Balkan Federation or the Caliphate is doing. While the SEU Economic Idea is basically the same as those two, the execution is far more ruthless and far more efficient. There is no NIMBY in SEU. If a railroad goes there, it goes there.
Right now, the whole of SEU's attention is on putting out the internal fires that have occurred; both Tibet and Australia are in revolt, although Australia seems far less enthusiastic for the independence movements and as of now Tibet is less of a problem because they hold absolutely nothing of value so they'll deal with it later.
The SEU 4th Army is settling in for a siege at Brisbane. This siege is just as much as to take the City as to let the 21st SEU Armored Corps catch up. Despite the fact that they are riding in vehicles, there are also many infantry. The 21st Armored Corps will not be useful against Brisbane proper mind you; the T-54s will be slaughtered in Cities and Urban Warfare. However, the vast deserts around Brisbane will be good tank Country, and SEU loves them their tanks.
    Battle of Brisbane:
SEU 4th Combined Arms Army vs Australian Liberation Army Divisions IX and X
    Troop Strength: 120,000 vs 58,000
    Tanks: 198 T-54 Tanks, 38 T-34-85 Tanks vs 102 T-54 Tanks, 56 T-34-85 Tanks
Artillery Guns: 230 Medium-Caliber Guided Projectile Guns, 8 High-Caliber Guided Projectile Guns, 1 Superheavy Bombardment Gun (NOT USED) vs 84 Medium-Caliber Unguided Guns.
    Air Support: 32 MiG-21 Fighters, 51 MiG-17 Fighters, 12 Su-12Vos Multirole Fighters Tu-101 Superheavy Bomber vs 50 MiG-17 Fighters
The battle began with a SEU 280mm bombardment of the outer defenses. The 280mm guns proved to outrange the Australian Medium Caliber Artillery by quite a bit and SEU enjoyed for some time supremacy over the Battlefield because they shot at defenses while no one could shoot back at them. However, Australian Bombing nearly destroyed one of the guns and were barely fought off by the MiG-21s. During this engagement, the Australians lost 4 of their MiG-17s, while SEU suffered only 1 lost MiG-17. However, the Fighter-Bombers did do some damage to the SEU equipment although it was nothing major.
At this point, it was quite clear that attempting to destroy the Australians with just the 280mm guns were not a viable option. They did have a 457mm gun with them, but it was so large that attacking the enemy with it would probably make it a prime target, therefore destroying the very expensive, very large gun.
The commander had little interest in destroying his very large, very expensive gun.
So the Commander split his army in two; he had 6 Divisions capable of independent operation. He would split these divisions into two groups that would be able to more flexibly take roads and make operations without being stuck to central command.
The outmanned Australians fled almost immediately; the plan was to defend the City proper, and frontally confronting the SEU army that outnumbered them 2 to 1 was a bad idea.
As the SEU Army greatly outnumbered the Australians, the SEU forces decided to simply starve them out and wait for the Australians to rebel.
Continued Air Raids went nowhere for both sides.
It worked. In just 2 weeks, the Australians opened the City to the SEU forces which provided food liberally to them being careful to warn them of refeeding syndrome. Given, it was not good food, but when you've been starving for 2 weeks any food is good food. The SEU 6th army continues its advance.
  2. WESCO is excited as TBF joins and stays disappointed at the SEU's responses.

The WESCO Heritage Organization or WESCOHO offers to turn TBF, specifically Greece into a historical hub of heritage. This new act would create hundreds of historical WESCO heritage sites around the Balkans, like for example the Acropolis in Athens or Rila Monastery, also counting this historical cities and locations as World Heritage sites, which would include Athens and Thessaloniki etc.

This would help preserve these historical and cultural monuments, and thus, gain traction in tourism and boost the education standards in TBF.
  3. DRC and South Africa have finally come to an agreement for Nuclear Arsenals. They will both have enough boosted Fission bombs to counter NAE.
Now, this is just a small piece of the puzzle that is DRC-South Africa relations. South Africa freeloads off DRC and DRC in turn bosses South Africa around. Both want to have their cake and eat it too.
Let's see how the SEU 13th Guards Army is doing...
Not great. They have been obliterated by the Tibetans, which have working tanks.
The Tibetans have managed to scrape together an actual working Industry of war; the Australians have not yet accomplished this. They are clearly getting some of the more complex components from someone else, but they are maintaining primitive armor plating, but that armor plating is also coming from somewhere. All the Tibetans are doing is putting it together.
It is clear that foreign backers are helping them. Without the backers, Tibet would not have the weapons or the Oil needed to make their insurgency. They are making Saladin Tanks, Chieftain Tanks, T-34-85 tanks... their assortment of tanks is a mess, but there are very few T-54 tanks or the latest Caliphate tanks. Their weapons are mostly the Mosin-Nagant 1895 and AK-47s. Both very reliable, easy-to-manufacture weapons.
    Perfect for Insurgency.
They're lodged in the mountains too. This will not be easy. SEU realizes that not doing anything will just result in the Tibetans getting that much harder to get rid of. So the SEUAF has been deployed.
    Their Mission:
Weaken the Insurgency, even if they have to root out the mountains to do so.
100 Tu-100 Bombers and 250 Tu-16 Bombers have been allocated to destroy all resistance. The SEUAF has also been given some MiG-17s and MiG-19s to guard the bombers from attack. In addition, the SEUAF has been permitted the procurement of another 750 MiG-21s and 15 more Tu-100 Superheavy Bombers, and the SEUA has been permitted the procurement of 1,500 T-62 Tanks with brand-new technology.
The SEUAF has been strictly forbidden from attacking Civilians. They are SEU citizens, and the SEUAF's purpose is to defend SEU and the people, not attack it. Anyone who intentionally attacks civilians will be shot for treason against the nation.
But even despite this, civilians die. That's war.
The Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso has fled to India, where he urges for negotiation. No one listens to him; the events of NN and the recent SEU oppression means that basically everyone wants to make their own Tibetan Nation.
Tibet once again urges the World to help it free itself. Many of the anti-SEU nations aid or send aid to the Tibetan Insurgency. Many people gather money for Tibet, and in turn that buys weapons.
The SEU cares not for the desires of the Tibetans. They are not Tibetans. Tibet is a cultural identity. Tibet is a region. But Tibet is not a nation. They are SEU citizens, Emperors of the Great Socialist Empire.
    They will be crushed.
  4. The MBT-7 Chieftain has been completed, hosting the L11A5 120 mm rifled gun, two 7.62 machine guns, 127 mm glacial, and a 350 mm turret. The Chieftain, named Serok nationally and especially to the citizens, is known to be the greatest modern tank in the world, superior to that of any existing Socialist tank, and will stay that way for a while.

Even though much more heavily armored than the MBT-5, the MBT-7 is noticeably faster, with of course a 120 mm rifle. The suspension on the Serok is quite insane, being the best that the SCAF has ever produced, and obviously being able to maneuver the relentless terrain in the Caliphate region, and virtually every terrain out there.

Current active tanks in the SCAF:

    Medium/Main Battle Tanks
    MBT-4 Super Saladin
    MBT-5 Omega
    MBT-5.5 Omega
    MBT-7 Serok
    (wtf happened to MBT-6?)

    Heavy Tanks
    HBT-5 Crenk (Basically the Conqueror)
Heavy tanks aren't optimal, as only 120 HBT-5's were produced, most were just sold to WCA allies. The main issue with Heavy Tanks is that they are too focused on one thing, being heavily armoured with a massive gun. This is good, but that fact that new technology allows Medium tanks like the MBT-7 to have nearly the same armour, or even greater, and the same gun yet still be able to move quicker and with ease, makes heavy tanks obsolete. It's also due to the fact that the SCAF focuses on speed as an army and to react quickly. The HBT-5 is dated as the last Heavy Tank to be produced by the SCAF.

    Light Tanks
    LBT-5 Yiğit (can reach 71 km/h)
OPT-72 (amphibious tank, basically can travel in water much like the PT-76)
  5. SEU Tanks:
    T-34-85
T-54/T-55 Family (80% of SEU tanks are some sort of T-54/T-55)
T-62 (5% of SEU tanks are T-62s, but this portion is rapidly rising.)
The T-62 is weaker than the MBT-7 in all areas but not that much cheaper. This is a disaster.
The SEU has demanded that the designers come up with a better tank, because the T-55 series is not that much worse than the T-62 but it's substantially cheaper.
The SEU designers have estimated that it will take 9 years to come up with a new design, and it won't be a majority until 1972, but that it will be a good design.
This angers the SEU greatly. Wait another 9 goddamn years for a good design? The T-54 was a game-changer! It prompted the MBT revolution! Why does the Tank design companies suck so much now?
It's mainly because the SEU neglected the Tank design companies.
SEU accepts this and cancels the order for any further T-62s. From now on, the SEU's focus will be on fixing the Tank makers, and to create a new good tank, and perhaps by the 2000s SEU will be able to create another T-54, a true game changer.
SEU wonders why the recent years have been nothing but disaster.

  7. The AI-5 is good, but suffers superiority to the MiG-21, that's why a third-generation supersonic Fighter is planned for the early 1960s. It will not be the AI-6, and will just be apart of a different family of aircraft. The designated family is the FaR-111, hoping to go down a direction the AI models didn't, which was a direction of eventually becoming cheap and inferior to aircraft even made a year or a few before it.

The FaR-111 will not disappoint, definitely not, as a third generation fighter which is planned to be produced sometime from 1962-1964, it will be the most superior at the time, and will outclass the MiG-21 and yet only match the MiG-23 and future SEU aircraft equally.

The Caliphate simply says to the Airforce that the AI-5 was a mistake, and that the FaR-111, this time produced by an Israeli Company will be better than the AI series, that which was produced in Turkey. The Caliphate Airforce is basically telling them that they are getting replaced by a bunch of Hebrews, something the AI manufacturers are sure to be angry about.

Egyptian Civillian Aircraft Companies are going above and beyond in the production of civilian aircraft, specifically jetliners and passenger planes. However, they also produce SCRAF cargo planes, and were behind the BAAF-52's design.

Motorlu and Okuz car and truck manufacturers are expanding rapidly now that more cars are on the road, and it's even seen as an epidemic, known as the Car Disease; it's basically when old fashioned two lane highways are being so full due to the production and useage of vehicles that they need to be expanded. Traffic in Cairo got so bad that the highway was forced to be expanded from a two lane to a 6 lane, three way.
  8. SEU Military Design Firms and their Performance:
    • Mikoyan-Gurevich: Regularly called upon to perform well. Performs well, creating competitive Fighter Jets at low cost for SEU.
      • Mangum Opus as of 1960: MiG-21.
    • Sukhoi: Regularly called upon to perform everything. Performs everything decently. Makes everything from Naval Fighters to Passenger Airlines.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: Su-4.
    • Tupolev: Regularly called upon to perform the impossible. Regularly performs the impossible with massive cost and time overruns. Mostly makes large Bombers or large things in general.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: Tu-101 Superheavy Bomber
    • Ilyushin: Does its own thing. At this point, Ilyushin is a money-maker for the Government, not even a design firm. It's included because it did some good work such as the Il-2.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: Il-707 Civilian Jet.
    • Antonov: Underappreciated, but does as asked. Even better than Tupolev at building absurdly large jets and transports, for some reason does not understand the concept of Jet Engines.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: An-10.
    • Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau (KMDB for short. I'm not typing Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau every time I have to mention a tank manufacturer): The creative one between the two major SEU tank design Bureaus, although sometimes its designs are a little too ahead of the times.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: T-54/55 Series of MBTs.
    • Uralvagonzavod: SEU's go-to tank designer for extrapolations and improvements of existing tanks, but it's new and mostly refines KMDB's crazy new ideas to workable designs.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: NONE.
    • Gorkovsky Avtomobilny Zavod (GAZ for short): Manufacturer and designer of SEU's AFVs and other cars. Mastermind behind many of SEU's land vehicles.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: BTR-60.
    • Black Sea Shipyard: Manufacturer of 5 of SEU's Supercarriers out of 8 and Myeongyang.Regularly manufactures large Capital ships for the SEUN. The second largest shipyard on Earth and the largest in the Western Hemisphere.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: Tang-Class Supercarrier.
    • Hyundai Heavy Industries: Manufacturer of 3 of SEU's Supercarriers out of 8. Regularly manufactures smaller ships for the SEUN with its countless small docks. Largest Shipyard on Earth and takes Civilian orders just as much as Government orders.
      • Magnum Opus as of 1960: Shu Han-Class Supercarrier.
  9. The SCN decides not to go above their 5 Supercarrier limit because they cannot afford it. 4 is enough and 5 is just to keep up with the SEU. Not even the SEU can afford to maintain every single 8 of their carriers leaving many to be just unused most of the time. The SCN feels this, and cannot go above 5 for the time being
  10. SEU has 6.
2 were sold to UBR in a heavily modified state.
SEU is planning to make 7 very large supercarriers after 1970, but that's a distant, far-off plan. It will most certainly happen, but at the end of it SEU will have 7 Supercarriers, not 8.
SEU will expand it again by the end of the 2000s to 9 super large Supercarriers, all of them above 125,000 tons in standard displacement. But that's like 40 years away, and a part of the general renaissance of the SEU Military.

  11. SEU relations:
    1-2: Vehement loathing.
    2-3.5: Strong Dislike.
    3.5-5: Mild Dislike.
    5-7.5: Ambivalent to mild favoring.
    7.5-9 Trust.
    9-10: Near-Absolute Trust.
UBR: The last of SEU's dependable allies and the definitive "Dragon" of SEU. 10/10.
Venezuela: Actually cooperative with SEU and is powerful enough to execute their will. A bit zealous, but okay. 8/10.
Chile: Less infighting, and despite their relatively weak power is doing a great job containing Brazil. 8/10.
Soviet Union: Bunch of allies they have to babysit. 6.5/10.
India: Good trade partner; useful, even if ideologies have some differences. 6.5/10.
Italy: Common interests mean that SEU and Italy tend to cooperate, more often than not. 6/10.
DRC: SEU is frankly not pleased with them, all they do is infight. 5.5/10.
    South Africa: Ditto. 5.5/10.
Japan: Killed numerous Chinese and Koreans, as well as committing unspeakable atrocities. Refuses to acknowledge existence of War Crimes and refuses to apologize without SEU threatening them. 4.5/10.
Sunayyad Caliphate: 2/10: A great roadblock on the path to true Communism. SEU believes that for as long as Islam and the Caliphate exists, Communism will be impossible around the World. For as long as they stubbornly hold on to their customs and culture, the Socialist Party will be unable to fulfill its purpose.
But without a doubt, the nation they loathe most of all.
United States of America: 1/10: Despite the fact that SEU had good relations with the USA, it was like Hitler and Stalin during late 1939-early 1941. The US as of now is in anarchy, but if it ever rose again, the SEU and the USA would be very hostile. Why?
Because the US's goal is perfect Capitalism. The SEU's goal is perfect Communism.
    You do the math.
(Keep in mind the Paramount Purpose of the Socialist Party is a Communist World.)

  12. The Balkan Federation accepts. It has also created the WESCO Pass, a small card that can be purchased for twenty Kýkloslice (KS) and renewed every year for ten KS, and offers free access to all the heritage sites - both individuals and schools, giving all the pupils and teachers in the school access to any heritage site in the country, can purchase one. Each heritage site would normally cost ten KS for entry for all persons, making this a great deal. All money goes to upkeep of the sites and some is donated to similar natural areas all around the world.

  13. SEU points out that there are two revolts against SEU and that as of now dealing with internal revolt is more important than global cooperation.
    CRASH!
    What was that?
    Xianjing is also revolting.
    Well, crap. That makes three.
In any case, the SEU 4th Army is nearly done in the Western sections of Australia. The 6th Army is working with the 21st armored corps to take minor towns, most of which surrender with little resistance. The SEU 18th Infantry Corps are marching down the middle of the nation and has encountered some resistance but ultimately defeated the forces sent to defeat them. All three major SEU forces on Australia are on the verge of rendezvous.
The Australian Revolt is on the verge of being quelled.
    But as of now...
SEU is experiencing some of the worst years of its existence.
    These are dark times.
  14. The SEU institutes oppressive measures against Islam to contain the Xianjing Revolt. SEU is acting irrationally at this point, it's unlike them to act like this.
This unfortunately has the opposite effect.
It incites terrorism in Kazakhstan and feeds the revolt further. Keep in mind this was created by SEU Governors and not the central Government.
The Government is angry, to say the least.
Now they have like 4 different crises. Great!
Someone blows up random marketplaces in Kazakhstan every 5 days, Tibet and Xianjing are helping each other and revolting, their greatest source of resources is revolting (Australia).
    Things are just going greaaatttttttttttttttt!
  15. The Caliphate has left out of everything the SEU has been dealing with, however, any nation seen oppressing Islam or deliberately persecuting the Muslim people will be put into consideration on the REBEL list.

It's a wonder the Caliphate hasn't come to defend Indonesia, however, they will only come into defense of them during an attack against the Islamic faith. Indonesia is also the strongest nation with the Musawaism belief.

The Caliphate sends aid to Xianjing, and considering they are literally across the street from the SC, they receive firearms such as the Sahkra, ammunition and tons of other gear, medical supplies and building gear. Over 300 of the Saladin and the S. Saladin is snuck through their borders, even 25 of the MBT-5 Omega. They are given air support by reconnaissance through the SCRAF and countless air supply drops. The Caliphate will never put their soldiers on the ground or fire their own weapons at any SEU soldier, however, Islam must be secure, and the fact that a socialist state which is known for loathing the Islamic Caliphate is oppressing a large Muslim population is heavily worrying.
  16. Arguments have broken out in The Balkan Federation over the Government's response to the SEU's measures against Islam. That is that they have not done anything.

The Muslim Alliance argues that Stamados and the Communists should be launching sanctions and refusing to co-operate with the SEU in any way. They argue that the fact that they haven't means that they don't care about the Muslim populations in Albania and Bosnia. Polling conducted since shows that this is in line with what Balkan Muslims are feeling and has given them a boost.

Stamados argues that there is no response to this other than dialogue, and as it is the SEU already converses so little. The Communists argue that the SEU should be courted as an ally and the fact that their leader and the man they nominated to be the Deputy Prime Minister, Joshan Rama, is a Muslim, means they are correct.

The Alliance of Nationalists and the Orthodox Serbs say that the SEU are correct to implement these measures, while the Conservatives and Liberals condemn them but say that the SEU is free to do what it wants.

Protests have erupted throughout Albania and Bosnia. Things are heating up.
  17. SEU quickly reverses position.
But the damage is done; the SEU's oppressive measures against religion in general have caused these revolts. SEU realizes that war will not solve these problems.
Negotiations and peace will probably solve the Xianjing problem.
SEU begins talks with Xianjing revolutionaries in secret. They do not go well, but at the very least this is better than constant conflict. Both sides come up with new and unreasonable demands, but there is some progress; unlike Tibet, the sides agree on some things; Xianjing wants things the SEU can easily grant, and SEU wants things that Xianjing finds unpalatable but better than nothing.
Xianjing doesn't want crazy things like independence. They want SEU to respect Islam as a religion, and while SEU hates having to respect religion (SEU thinks religion is an impediment to the perfect Communist Society.), they can grant it if it means stopping them from shooting up SEU soldiers. Xianjing wants SEU to stop trying to destroy their culture. SEU agrees to integrate their culture into the SEU cultural programs and to magnify it if they promise to be loyal to SEU unswervingly.
They are probably going to produce a ceasefire agreement in the next 5 posts or so. This will free up troops to attack Tibet and to reintegrate them.
Now, Tibet is a whole different matter. Tibet outright demands independence. Talks are impossible unless SEU gives them a much worse hand and effectively threatens them.
This is going to be a long haul.

  18. Note: this is looking at different countries individually even in a combine, so even though Kazakstan is apart of the SEU the Caliphate likes them mainly because of Islam and the fact that the Kazakhs have done nothing bad to the Caliphate.

  19. UNDER ZETA CODE
    HIGHLY CLASSIFIED:
The Caliphate is working with the Masif Corp on a very specialized program, known as the Kingdom Come Project.
The project is very eerie, and insanely secretive; all information known about it is that it's a project to create a vaccine to fight polio and other viruses.
However, in the deep truth, this isn't true. It's a program to make an army of Super Humans. Yes, Super Human Soldiers, soldiers who have greater abilities, endurance and performance than any other fighting force on earth.
These facilities which are used to test and research the project are scattered throughout the Sahara and the Middle East. Some look like big radio communication compounds, but under the ground are massive vaults of research.

Testing includes test subjects, those of which are usually
    • Volunteers
    • Death Row Inmates
    • Prisoners
    Tests and research includes:

    • Ways to withstand extreme temperatures
    • Ways to battle sleep
    • Ways to regenerate the body faster than any normal human
    • Ways to have more agility and stamina
    • Ways for super strength
    • Ways for improved sight and brain communication
    • Ways to withstand chemical and biological warfare
    • Others
Who knows if these are actually working, seems like they aren't, but this is modern warfare, and if the Caliphate can create an army of Super Soldiers which could defend the sovereignty of the Sunayyad Caliphate then that's a bet the Masif Corp and Government are willing to take.

  20. The SEU Government and the Xianjing rebels have come to a ceasefire agreement.
The Agreement is digested into the most essential points here.
The Turkestan Liberation Army and the Socialist Eurasian Union agree to cease hostilities until a more permanent agreement can be found.
The TLA and the SEU agree to respect each other as legitimate entities.
The TLA agrees to rejoin the SEU at a time in the future where they find a satisfactory agreement.
The SEU agrees to respect the rights of TLA fighters and civilians for 999 years (Effectively forever.).
The TLA agrees to follow the rules of war should hostilities begin again.
SEU agrees to stop running camps where the Uyghur identity is obliterated and replaced with a Han identity in areas SEU still controls.
The TLA agrees to respect the current borders of the Xianjing Province in their revolting activities.
SEU agrees to pardon all TLA fighters should they come to an agreement.
This will buy time for the two to negotiate a more permanent agreement. It seems the most likely agreement is SEU agreeing to respect the rights of Uyghurs more if they accept that they are a part of SEU.
Of course, SEU knows that no matter what happens their goal is assimilation of the Uyghurs. However, this agreement will make them reevaluate their strategy from forceful assimilation to benevolent assimilation.
Tibet is a whole another problem, those guys actually want independence. SEU will never tolerate attempts at independence. Not now, not in 1,000 years.
