I want to know how many supercarriers FRNS has, and how powerful they are in the food chain. Also a general overview of the Navy would be nice, an unspecified "large" is simply not enough to determine Battles and results. Keep in mind that a battle with 1 tier lower is likely going to be a slugfest.
KEY:
SUPERCARRIER FOOD CHAIN: (If there is a marginal difference in power that is negligible, I will place the stronger carrier first).

1. Sejong the Great: Massive behemoths, improvements over the Yi Sun-Shins and should be a class in their own right. The largest Supercarrier in existence and just generally powerful as heck. Also has high damage capacity. FUN FACT: So large no one else has the shipyards to build these things. CATOBAR.
2. Yi Sun-Shin/Nimitz: Both extremely large. While on paper Yi Sun-Shin is stronger, it is unwieldy, older and has not yet reached its full potential. Yi Sun-Shin will only get stronger, keep this in mind. With only a little bit of more luck or a bit more skill, Nimitz could defeat Yi Sun-Shin. In an entirely hypothetical situation with no variables whatsoever (As in there are no waves and no wind and the crew is exactly the same run by generic joes), Yi Sun-Shin would win, barely. CATOBAR.
3. Whirlpool/Forrestal: For Whirlpool it is a large Carrier with decent specs, but the tech is a bit too suited for a smaller ship. Forrestal is reliable, but has the major disadvantage of being Conventionally Powered. CATOBAR.
4. Queen Elizabeth: Conventionally powered and generally mediocre. STOBAR.
5. Cyclone: Nuclear Powered, but it is built for economy rather than performance. It still performs its job well enough for UFOS. STOBAR.
6. Midway: Old and useless, probably decommissioned. IDK.

Alty, would really appreciate a naval/military overview, especially one of the Aircraft Carriers and their specs.

A decent, more ambitious Carrier for UFOS, Nuclear powered. Able to carry up to 95 planes, her AA armament is typical for a Supercarrier, terrible. But if a Supercarrier is using its AA at all something is seriously wrong, like its entire escort is gone. A CATOBAR Carrier that can launch sorties fast, it used the same basic design and hardware of the HMKX-UFOS joint effort Hurricane-Class and upscaled it slightly. She is more expensive than her smaller cousin however. Her smaller cousin had the redeeming trait of being cheap compared to her performance. The redeeming trait of this ship is that she is able to project force well and take on damn near anything not a Sejong the Great in the seven seas and come out either standing or not come out and leave her opponent so weak they are doomed.

The HMKX Empire has announced a massive weapons sale to these countries in order of decreasing cost.
Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, UAE, Syria, Turkey and Qatar. Qatar and HMKX seems to be getting closer to an alliance/FTAs. This sale's goal was to fortify the Middle East, because Saudi Arabia and Iraq fell to TUN far too easily before the gargantuan HMKX army could intervene. They're getting Air Force surplus, Army surplus and some of the newest equipment to defend against a potential Israeli invasion. If Israel or TUN tries to pull a stunt like this again without consulting all available channels of diplomacy to punish the perpetrators, the Middle East will be able to stand up to them and perhaps defeat them without the Empire intervening. They clearly invaded as a first option rather than the last, and wrecked the Suez Canal in the process.
Palestine is now less of a mess. A HMKX-backed dictator has made the prosperity of the people and rebuilding of Palestine his chief priority. He is loyal mainly because HMKX threatened to crucify him if he tried anything funny, "funny" including oppressing the peoples of Palestine. He has been promised a pension, a nice house and a place as one of Palestine's national heroes if he succeeded in rebuilding the nation. HMKX intends to hold up their end of the bargain. He is doing a decent job, could be better but he's not actively hindering growth.
The Empire's Suez Canal alternative is a good thing for FRNS and HMKX is reducing the fee that is requested to use the alternative route, just for them. If FRNS desires, HMKX could extend this to the entire European Commonwealth for some concessions in trade and diplomacy. HMKX wants an FTA with the EC as well as the setting up of a more extensive embassy for the whole EC.

Please do have some Supercarriers, any self-respecting major player on the World Stage has at least 3 to project power. UFOS is building 3 and has 2, HMKX has 7 and is building 2, with speculative plans to build 3 more. TUN has 5 and is building 2 more.

I don't know if you realize it, but Australia was probably the best annexation made in this game. Resource-rich as heck, I should have gone for it.

The most powerful Aircraft Carrier on earth, pride of the HMKX Navy and largest Warship on Earth, Sejong the Great nearly comes to blows with another of its kind, flying the Union Jack and a flag of the European commonwealth. An FRNS Aircraft Carrier. Miscommunication, malfunctions in Radar and most crucially the damned fog. The engagement would have been a slaughter for the FRNS, but that would start a war between the European Commonwealth and the HMKX Empire, which would be a bloodbath for both sides.
HMKX has apologized for the incident. It remains to be seen how FRNS shall react.

Brazil has oil reserves, but none to match the group "Big Oil", who are the Oil Superpowers of the world. Brazil's reserves wouldn't hold a candle to the member of the Big Oil with the smallest reserves, Kazakhstan, not to even mention Saudi Arabia. HMKX requests they chill with the oil because 1. Selling oil for dirt cheap is causing them to lose money. 2. It hurts HMKX's buddies in the Big Oil.

The HMKX Empire is making motions that indicates that it might once again invade Myanmar, after so long ago.
Forces are undergoing drills to fight in Myanmar's specific climate, and HMKX forces are massing at the border. Perhaps revenge, the Empire's prepared pretense is that they are invading Myanmar to defeat the brutal regime.
Of course, they have not actually invaded yet. They need OEO and GAD approval first.
OEO, however, states that they will not support the invasion, but that they will assist with post-invasion efforts to install a Democratic state and help rebuild.
This is all secret.
HMKX intends to install a pro-HMKX state by distributing food gifts, attacking army bases with deadly accuracy and raw firepower, and then assisting Myanmar's populace as best it can. The plan after this is to take over, rebuild and get another ally to constrain Thailand.
HMKX is once again expanding its Navy. After the post-war expansions, HMKX Navy outclasses the TUN Navy, and now they are going to challenge the FRNS naval dominance. Britannia may rule the waves, but the Space is open to all.
HMKX's Army is being downsized, with less raw men and more armor and artillery. It's not easy to feed 17 million people, especially when the other branches of service are expanding. It will be downsized to a "small" 7 million, with 30 million in reserves.

As the UKNS has transformed into the FRNS, they have neglected space travel. HMKX has put a man into space, a feat achieved by no other nation. As they continue to neglect their rockets, HMKX has steamed forward, gaining a substantial lead over the FRNS. TUN has neglected space travel, UFOS has not even considered the possibility, and USA does not care. The HMKX satellite fleet now outnumbers FRNS's by 2:1 due to a steady stream of launchings. It is about time HMKX began efforts get spacecraft to orbit, and to eventually land on the moon.

PROGRAM AND PLANS

The HMKXSP shall begin prototype testing now, with the advanced technologies that has developed in the last few years such as computers making software a non-issue, and hardware only a small practical problem. HMKX has requested that they keep the HMKX plans a secret, as if FRNS found out HMKX will have actual competition. It is of Paramount importance MI6 and MI5 do not discover this plan. In order to facilitate this, some crucial information here has been classified to levels of Nuclear Codes, which are only known by at most 20 individuals, all under close surveillance. In the event the LEVEL 6 information is compromised (Defined as a breach where an individual that knows the information is either kidnapped, or the information is confirmed to be known by enemies), in the first scenario, all efforts are to be made to recover this person. In the second scenario, if the compromise was due to bribery, they are to be executed by slow-acting electric hair. If the compromise was due to coercion, they and their entire immediate family is to be put under protection. In the event the LEVEL 7 information is compromised (Defined as a breach where an individual that knows the information is either kidnapped, or the information is confirmed to be known by enemies). In the event of the first case, all efforts are to be made to reclaim said person. In the event of the second case, the leaker is to be arrested and tried. The FRNS dumps a load of new funding into the Ministry of Space. The MoS isn't exactly sure what to do with it.

I can't give specifics right now because I'm on my phone and I'm busy with Christmas shopping but the FRNS has 8 aircraft carriers, down from the 11 it had 40 years ago.

You never even did a moon landing or manned space launch to my knowledge. You planned it, but you never gave indication it was anything more than planning. 1979 and 1977, each respectively. You never made a post for it. That means between the UKNS-FRNS transition, the moon landing plans were shelved and forgotten, because revolution
You are aware there is a difference between Aircraft Carriers and Supercarriers? And that the size and performance of the Supercarrier is a large difference?
For reference, Supercarriers are defined as Aircraft Carriers with a displacement over 50,000 tons full load, at least in my book. The largest Supercarriers and the finest on Earth is the Sejong the Great-Subclass (absolutely monstrous and a pain to maintain, but shows up great in propaganda reels and is a terrifying statement to their enemies), but FRNS could try to challenge it. Of course, a small problem exists where only HMKX has military shipyards that large, capable of building ships up to 145,000 tons of full load. Some older designs are 70-90k, while most modern Supercarriers are 100k-110k, and 1 design is a monstrous 120k.
The specs are important, Alty. I could create a Supercarrier that would be appropriate for the FRNS's smaller economy, and a Supercarrier appropriate for the EC's much larger economy. They'd be 70k-85k and 90-100k respectively, and I would create more than 1 class for FRNS. Do you want CATOBAR or STOBAR? How would they be fueled? How many do you want to build of each class? How modern are they? So many questions I could ask.
