I too have a damage indicator (recent addition). I shall thoroughly test this if I find one. Perhaps with just flint & steel or lava as well. However, I know lava can kill a Momo.

Do Blizz spawn in the end? Or only overworld?

Ok, so, update. I'm not crazy!

Fire definitely did damage to Blizz Ards last year. I'm not brave enough to go testing this out and see if old Blizz Ards still take fire damage by hitting my Blizz Ard I have captured from 2015, but I can definitely confirm new Blizz Ards don't take fire damage. I had one spawn earlier and was killing it with Fire Aspect. No effect.

Not certain on this. If nobody responds before tomorrow, I'll sit my alt out in the End to see. If I don't get a spawn after a few hours I'll assume no.

Snow golems can only spawn in biomes that have a 1 or lower 'warmth' rating. So places like deserts, oceans, etc. they cannot. I'm positive they can spawn in the end though. Pretty sure I've seen them there before. I know for sure that normal snow golems can be made there so makes sense they can spawn there as well.

I would say that dimension doesn't matter for the event mobs to spawn. I encountered multiple Super Turkeys last year when building my biggest Enderman Farm in the End. After November, I nor anybody has reported a Blizz Ard at the farm. And I've never seen a Blizz in the Nether. Therefore, I best guess that it spawns only in the Overworld; even though it has fire resistance like Turkeys, that doesn't make it immune to damage from the biome's temperature.
