It's all good now, but thanks for your concern. I ate lunch today with no problems =) As for the hydration part, I do have a degree in science. I know that much at least. I made sure to keep my electrolytes up, though my body was rejecting anything that wasn't just straight water.

I had a hunch you knew (I recall reading that you worked in a laboratory for example) but when I read these kinds of things I'm not taking any chances. Really happy to learn you're better now! AND: thanks again for the activation! Going to be a long night for me most likely :)

I should follow profiles more often, if I had known this I'd have PM'd you... Drink! Whatever you do please be sure to drink properly. If you can't hold down your breakfast try drinking. I'm serious: one bottle of orange juice can be well enough to give your body the vitamins and materials it needs.

Low carb smarb.. Duh. Don't focus on extremes, work on balancing your diet instead. Variety is the name of the game here, eating "healthy" isn't healthy at all. Honest. Variety is what helps your body get all it needs. And really: that also includes fats from time to time.

The real challenge is to ensure you eat varied. And it can be a challenge, trust me.. I know ;) But going totally overboard in extremes won't help you. Because: if you eat unhealthy, then force yourself into another extreme... what would happen if you pick up your old pace again? Please be careful here Krysyy!

I woke up at 6am and just stayed wide awake instead of sleeping an extra 2 hours, I actually don't feel tired later in the day when I got less sleep which is slightly confusing :P

Agreed. And that is coming from someone who has had some differences in opinion "behind the screens". None of which I'll ever share, but if there's one thing I'm convinced of it is that Krysyy wants the best for all of us EMC'ers. And that demands respect. Quoting a classic: "you may not like her, but you still got to respect her". And before you dismiss my quote, try think this over...
