Low carb smarb.. Duh. Don't focus on extremes, work on balancing your diet instead. Variety is the name of the game here, eating "healthy" isn't healthy at all. Honest. Variety is what helps your body get all it needs. And really: that also includes fats from time to time.
The real challenge is to ensure you eat varied. And it can be a challenge, trust me.. I know ;) But going totally overboard in extremes won't help you. Because: if you eat unhealthy, then force yourself into another extreme... what would happen if you pick up your old pace again? Please be careful here Krysyy!
