Please remember: if food becomes a problem then please.. whatever you do: be sure to drink! That is the most important thing ever. You can easily survive for days without food, IF.. you also drink enough. Drink. Stuff like orange or apple juice can be useful, but if that doesn't work then even tea will work. And if that doesn't work water.

It's all good now, but thanks for your concern. I ate lunch today with no problems =) As for the hydration part, I do have a degree in science. I know that much at least. I made sure to keep my electrolytes up, though my body was rejecting anything that wasn't just straight water.
I had a hunch you knew (I recall reading that you worked in a laboratory for example) but when I read these kinds of things I'm not taking any chances. Really happy to learn you're better now! AND: thanks again for the activation! Going to be a long night for me most likely :)
