    Ooh big oof. Been there right in the middle of a build before slowly realizing I had to reposition something to correct it. Are you hiring helpers?

    No, trying to decide between SS service to just delete the existing build or tear it down myself :P It shouldn’t take too long to tear down manually, just a few evenings after work. The rebuild is going to be the long and difficult part, lol

    Isn't this the reality of every build? They take forever and by the time good progress is made, I want everything to be different.. it's a tough process out there :( At least ik I'm not alone haha

  Fyi - don't buy houses with squirrels already in them. They are terrible tenants/roommates and even when you realize it isn't working out, they won't leave.

    Squirrels have a party :D - the local housing authority used when I worked for them 20 years ago, I suspect they still do. If nothing else it will keep the moths out :D

    That’s not a very large scale, toaster ovens are very sassy. They’re loud and if you don’t get your toast when the timer goes off, it will either burn your toast or dry it out.
