  15. Just FYI: Maturity has nothing to do with grades. :) Pretty sure we don't care what your grades are :)

    More interested in how you answer the tricky situations in the staff app. As it indicates how much you understand about the implications/effect of the decisions you make. That's the most important aspect of being staff.
