do /ps and click survival you might have something turned off.

I've checked out all smp wastes and nothing is spawning there as well

I've been at an outpost which normally has a few pesky mobs and noticed there was nothing.

ya I am getting the same thing on SMP7. Both wastes and frontier have nothing spawning.

I checked spawners and portal spawns (pigmen) - those were spawning - normal hostile mobs I didn't see - any updates from anyone hunting in the wild? (didn't see new boss spawns either).

I checked a grinder near my base and it is working.
Also noticed that non-hostile animals are still spawning, but no hostile mobs are outside of the grinders.

Edit: Maybe a server reset will fix it?

I was in the smp3 waste and mobs seemed to be spawning. But yesterday I was in a waste nether fortress and nothing spawned there, but outside the fort stuff spawned as normal.

I don't think non hostiles spawn, maybe you saw previously spawned ones, I am in the waste for a while I never see anything spawn including animals, enrageds or bosses

Has the spawning issue been fixed yet?

SMP2 waste is showing no spawns. The pigmen in portals do spawn, but I'm guessing only portals and spawners are giving spawns. I've noticed that there aren't animal spawns on my outpost on smp7 for a while now, but hostile mobs were spawning up until today.

No hostile mobs. Good day to collect quartz. Also, maybe get sand, can collect easily right through the night.

I mean, I just popped onto 8 and had four wither skeletons jump me, dunno what y'all are on about

We're on about that nothing is spawning where we are.

I will say this much, at least I can mine, in peace, at diamond levels.

(Though, I do miss those rogue creepers that like to try and "get the drop on me" while I'm in the underground ravines...

Ok so I thought this was just happening with Rogue1128 (one of my twin boys) but another player is having the same issue. When you go to write in a book and quil they are both getting kicked for invaid book entry. Is this normal or what?
