Really? Thought I saw them do it on Hermitcraft... couldve sworn that there was a video of them riding them.... Might be mistaken.
It's not possible in vanilla. Skeleton horses will appear in the skeleton trap but you cannot tame them, same as zombie horses. I did see Aikar mention that he was considering to do something with that on the Empire but... yeah
yep, they come "tamed" however, you cannot feed them to heal health or breed. But they do come rideable EDIT: What krysyy said
More tips: Use end stone in the columns in the End Cities when you're climbing to create steps, makes it easier when fighting the shulkers
That's normal. I've found 2 end ship and both we're beside huge end cities. I've found 3 other smaller cities and no ship. As rare as cities are, ship are even more so. I was searching for about 4 hours at work today and only found the above.
Yeah so far I've found 7 End Cities and 2 had ships. It might've been 8 End Cities, I forget. But I also had to search for 4+ hours and I'm over 5000 blocks away from the End gateway portal too.
I'm wonder if these island even end at some point or do they go on like the overworld. I've been to the 'edge' of some island and saw nothing. So they either end or are much further out.
if you build out from that island, eventually you'll find something. the thing that sucks is that render distance, even at it's furthest isn't very good. but so far i've gone 8000 blocks out and still not hit an end. the thing about the End though is that usually I die before I get too far lol. this last time I enderpearled and hit the edge of a platform and ended up in the void. yay!
I was in the frontier version of the end. Before 1.9 the End was just that island right? And now this 'outer ring' is just that; a ring around the main island or just keeps going?
I would suspect it is a ring now but that activates after you kill the dragon I assume. I have no idea what went on for the Frontier End.
