If the menu option is greyed-out, then it means (or *should* mean) that there is no saved session data to clear (in other words, you already cleared it or you never clicked on "Remember Me").
Yeah it's grey; but then when I type in the username "AlexChance" instead of what's already there - "ACInc" - and type in the password it doesn't load any different data.
You should not login under different accounts when you update. It will not always download all the transactions when you do this. What happens is, it looks at the time of the latest transaction in the EMC Shopkeeper database and stops downloading transactions once the transactions on the website reach that date. For example, say you updated "AlexChance" and the date of the latest transaction is "2013-05-25 8:00". Your EMC Shopkeeper database will be updated with this transaction. Then, you try to update using " ACInc" where the latest transaction is "2013-05-25 7:00". Since the date of the latest transaction in the EMC Shopkeeper database ( "2013-05-25 8:00") comes *after* "2013-05-25 7:00", it will think that there are no new transactions to download, even though they are from different accounts. I admit, it's a little confusing. It could probably be designed better. Clicking "Clear Saved Session" just means that it will delete the username and the session token so that you have to type your username in again and login again.
Ah, so does that mean that there is no way - aside from the cmd prompt method - to download transactions from different accounts still?
Sorry for bumping this thread up (although I believe more people should see this) but I am having some problems with this. I've close all programs and tried opening up the shop keeper but it says "EMC shop keeper is already running" but it clearly is not... How do I fix this because I want to use this tool daily
Simple Press CTRL Alt Delete, Start task manager, Find the process javac.exe or shopstatistics.exe and right click. Choose End Process
Try deleting your profile folder. To do this, open up your home folder ("C:\Users\username" in Windows), find a folder named ".emc-shopkeeper", and delete it. Then, try running EMC Shopkeeper again.

Did you try restarting the app? Also, could you try deleting your profile folder as well (shut down the app before you delete the folder). Thanks, I'm glad you like it!
It sounds like the app is still running somewhere in the background. Can you try restarting your computer?
