I do not think this will be just for diamond supporters, by the sounds of it, if it does happen it will be so anyone can eventually get it.
Well, to be honest, I think it kind of ruins survival mode. I personally think that the vault should be allowed in protected wild land, after the update, after purchasing only 5 or 10 vault pages, since the protected land would pretty much be like an extra residence. However, what if, after you purchase your 100th vault page, you get an extra, smaller vault page. This vault page would be maybe the size of a small chest, and would have a limited number of uses per day. I believe that implementing a vault page that can be used whenever you want in the wild would create a spike in how badly things get griefed. It would give griefers an unlimited inventory space, because, while griefing, they can move the contents of their inventory into their vault, and take it out on another server, then go back to the first server and continue griefing. However, this idea would be a waste of time if the griefer would have to stop griefing and continue the next day because they used up all of their wild vault uses. Also, if the griefer decided to wait anyway, their would be much more time for them to be caught. However, I do still agree with the wild vault having a fee.
I believe ICC mentioned that Iron and Gold supporters will just have a "Purchase Wild Vault: 1,000,000 Rupees" selection. It was in a post here I think, but nothing is set in stone.
Nothing in this thread is a set thing to happen. We're just gathering ideas for now and will make another thread later which organizes those goals and see where to go from there.

The only reason i would say No, it is not your Vets that need aid, your new players have to go miles to get any supplies. This is whether I am talking about wood or any other beginning materials, So now you will give just your vets a way to carry even more back and make the wild even more baron. I completely understand you need to appease you donor players. But, you must first think any new players to the server. This will only make anyone with out friends on an of the servers a very hard struggle to get going without have to waste all there money just to get wood and food going on there property. With this it mean they venture into the wild with no armor and maybe stone swords. I realize the final choose you yours but, i would like you to reconsider.
I agree that it is more focused on the veteran players, but I think that's kind of the point. They've been here all the while and have helped the server grow. With even the daily rupees, plus the thousand (I think) you start with, new players could become fairly well equipped for their first time out mining, but it really depends on the community explaining the economy system. I think I replied to that in a way that made some sense
When I first joined, it was the first time I ever played minecraft. I went out to look for wood but couldn't find any trees, so I got really bored. I logged off for a bit and when I came back, my brother had logged on, given himself permissions to my residence and planted a ton of trees for me. I was really confused (I had no idea about saplings haha) and ever since he's been helping me. I suck at redstone though, and refuse to get any good. Too difficult.
