[New] EMC Market Buy/Sell Portal - Suggestions/Bug Reports

For some strange reason ....my items do not show on the Database anymore.

I have done the Auto-Reader, with many item transactions read, and yet my items are not listed in the Market.

Auto-Reader done (again), Update tried, re-list tried ....still no results.

Why?

The items somehow got into a state where they were removed in the future, thus any change which you made in the present is 'outdated'. I've restored your listings and am still looking into why that happened. (Something gave them an incorrect timestamp.)

You can still put in entries manually using the bulk adder. (Once you have an account which is free to do and doesn't require giving your forum password. There is only a confirmation which is me sending you an automated PM on the forum with a confirmation link.) If you can go through a few shops and add what they sell that would be great!

Alternatively, you can change your forum password to something completely random, run the auto reader with that new password, then change it back right away after the auto reader is finished (usually <30 minutes). Ideally EMC would build an API so I could get access to the transactions without the password, (instead you would give an access key) but at the moment this is the most secure way of doing it.

Suggestion: Can you please put the item name instead of (or in addition to) the item thumbnail on this page?

Also maybe, if possible, the prices those items sold for? I'm trying to gather statistics that will show me the best items to worry about populating my shop with based on popularity, volume, and margin. I'm pulling the above data to Excel to do some crunching, but the item thumbnails get in the way when I do that, and deleting them means I don't get the name of the item. Thanks tons!

It says I have signed-up but I have never seen this before and never signed-up could I sign up or could you fix this?

• What happens to shops I mark as closed? They still show up in the Shops page.
• Add a function to check for changed names

I would like to say that I recall signing up but when I try it doesn't work could you please delete Tahitan's as a member so I can sign up again.

I'm trying to register the enchanted items that I sell at my shop but don't know how. Can someone give me some help?

First I suggest you use Auto-Reader
I suggest you make an account next

After that, go to Bulk Add and use the Search Bar to add items you sell. For example:


After you fill it all in, you get something like this:


(Instead of I sell and I buy, put the actual rupee cost.)

After that, click Save All and you're done!

I did all that. Problem is I couldn't find the exact enchanted items on the list, there were only a few available for choosing. For example, there was only 1 option for enchanted diamond pickaxes, which was Unbreaking III Efficiency III.
Is there a way for me to add new items on the list or to at least change the enchantments?

It's not really designed to list all enchanted pickaxes. There are hundreds of possible combinations of enchantments for a pickaxe. I've only included a few of the most common ones. If you are looking to buy a pickaxe, you're not going to want to search up every possible combination of enchantments that would satisfy you. If there was to be such a service, I need to think of a much more creative way to do it.

I am trying to register to add my mall, and it says my user doesn't exist on EMC. Error message: Your username does not appear to be registered to EmpireMinecraft! Please double check for any spelling errors.

I try to use the auto-reader, it says my emc info is wrong. Error message: Login Information Incorrect! Please ensure you are using your EmpireMinecraft forum login!

I know my username is Daxxus, and I know my password is correct. What can I do here?

These are two separate logins.

In the first case, you need to register on the site. You can do so here:

In the second case, it needs your Empire Minecraft forum login. This is the login you use to log into these forums. I assume you used it to log in, although if you forgot it, you can grab it with /forumpass in-game. The reason is that the auto-reader needs to log into your account on here to grab the rupee history. (There's no way to grab this information without the password.) No passwords are saved by the system, though it's always a good practice to change your password immediately before/after giving it to any third-party website, especially if you use your forum password elsewhere (which is a bad idea in general).

Ok, in the first case, I have not registered (on azoundria.com) before, and It is telling me that my username is not regisered on EmpireMinecraft. I am using the right username, and i use EMC both in game and on the forum daily, so I know I am registered (on EmpireMinecraft).

In the second case, I know it needs my forum details. I am using them correctly, but it says they are wrong still.

EDIT: Bitemenow, in my case, they are the same.

actually i just tried using the autoreader and it wont let me sign in with my credentials either and ive used these same ones before

EMC now uses https - no logins over http, that might be the cause.
