India, Pakistan and the Caliphate face off in the "Line of despair," a bloody reminiscence of the Great War, an entire line of trenches, barricades, barbed wires, bunkers, machine guns nests and more in a WW1 flare, line the Pakistani-India border. Fighting continues for days, no side gains much, soldiers are stuffed into trench styled warfare, induring the sight of miles of wasteland and destructed terrain. India bombs Pakistan all day and night. The Caliphate bombs India all day and night. Both fight in the air, bombing each other's positions and dog fighting, although the AI-4 is superior than India's fighters, the battle still stalemates into nothing gained but death. In the sea, a fleet of 2 Caliphate Battle ships with 3 Cruisers and 4 Destroyers and 1 Fleet Carrier dismantle an Indian fleet, destroying 1 Battleship, 2 Cruisers, 1 destroyer and some insane damage to an escort carrier. The Caliphate has been pumping out many naval ships and have since then been sending them into war, they are all up to date, have sea based radar and specialized aiming and navigational systems. India is a good match for the Caliphate, they both have roughly equal Navies, but since they are two nations fighting close to home they continue to bomb each other's factories and shipyards. The Caliphate strategically destroys Indian Ship Yards, factories and military locations while India does the same. India has made a mistake though, they bomb Caliphate cities. This has caused the Caliphate to do the same, they use B-17 bombers to carpet bomb urban areas and settlements in pure revenge. India kills nearly 5,000 Caliphate civilians in bombings, the Caliphate kills nearly 3,300 civilians in India. The Caliph is mad, if India keeps this up, OPERATION X-1 COMMENCES. In south Pakistani-India border where the Line of Despair roughly ends, fighting is a lot less front line and a lot more varied. M4 Tanks battle India's less superior T-26, making the Caliphate the superior armored fighting force. Battles lines are much less defined, some battles are deep in enemy lines, some are open in fields, some feature sneaky skirmishes within mountains and wooded areas. The Caliphate is ready to work their version of Deep Battle... OOC: I recall starting something back then which talked about destroying enemies behind the lines and obliterating their logistical operations, so this isn't a copy of the Deep Battle, it's just that I already did it. The Caliphate's ideology of making them surrender is working. Caliphate-Pakistani trenches are in much better conditions, they are fitted with anti-flooding systems, proper shelter and bunkers/storage areas. Indian trenches are muddy, they are full of dirty water and disgusting fluids, disease, rotting corpses and feces, the Caliphate faces this same situation too, but in a much smaller scale. Dead bodies are disposed of, and pure muddy conditions are uncommon as trenches are lined with floorboards. Pakistan devised a great system of trenches, they place the most cruel, muddy and awful trenches in the very front of the Line of Despair, then, they place the comfortable roomy trenches behind those. This is so once India attacks, Pakistan quickly retreats, giving up a free trench line to India. Sure, it may be a bad idea, but the fact that the trenches are literal hell holes is enough to cause them to stagger and lose power. The only way India is still fighting is because they keep pumping more people into the war. Caliphate soldiers are much more hardy, some are veterans from the Iberian wars, and all are trained to be ruthless, quick thinking, and to die honorably. The Caliphate by far has the highest amount of fresh troops which are hardy and fight very well, much better than the SEU and India. The Caliphate makes sure the USSR border is at it's strongest. The Caliphate has millions of troops and defensive lines at their disposal, and they know what to do. If the USSR were to invade Turkey or Iran, the Caliphate uses quick thinking tactics which involve actively pushing a massive counterattack into them, battling their first waves of attackers, and also destroying their logistical lines behind them.
SEU has embarked on the greatest project ever: Building quickly destroyable infrastructure from the Russian landmass to the Chinese landmass. Now, because Siberia is cold as hell, SEU has to use Prison Labor. Namely, Gulag Labor. They cannot legally get away with subjecting people to such conditions, so they instead use the scum and worst of Society. In any case, Marshal Zhukov has this to say about the Caliphate: "We're stronger than they are, we have more men, we have more materiel. On equal terms, we would destroy them with little effort. Indeed, we could do it without having to send a single soldier; just bomb them to hell. But they're a hell of a lot better motivated then we are, they are light and fast, we're big and it takes a lot to get us moving, inertia I suppose. It also takes a lot to get us to stop, because inertia. Mark my words, on the day the Sunayaad Caliphate truly pisses us off is the day the Sunayaad Caliphate ends. Fortunately for the Caliphate, it will take them being very stupid, or very cruel." The Soviet Union has decided to soften on Islam and particularly the Abrahamic Religions. SEU gives them special status along with Buddhism and Taoism as tax-exempt religions, although some restrictions remain. The other Soviet States follow suit.
Just FYI the Caliphate is going to go under a strict phase with the House of Saud, meaning lots of hijabs and coverings, less human and womens rights, heavy anti-gay policies and your typical radical islamic society. It'll only last a little bit, so please don't go ahead and destroy the Caliphate, because at that era most countries were like that anyway and it would be pretty hypocritical.
The Soviets have decided this war has gone on for long enough. It has caused immense human suffering. SEU decides to reveal their Nuclear Weapon, and bluff about it. They have a full 5 bombs. How scary! (/s) They have revealed their bomb to the SNE. If they fail to lay down their arms and agree to this (frankly generous) peace treaty, the Soviets will drop "a Nuke a Month", the first target being London, with the first salvo consisting of 6 bombs. Now, they don't have 6 bombs. They have 5, and it'll take them another few months to get to 6, and I'm not even talking about a Nuke a Month. Terms: The SEU and SNE go back to pre-war conditions. SNE pays a small amount of reparations over 30 years which add up to a rather large sum. The World is carved up like this: Note that spheres of influence are areas in which where the given nation is powerful, not direct control.
To Prevent total destruction and more loss of the SNE people, the SNE reluctantly agrees. The SNE isn't so happy about the repetitions by they'll live. All troops are returned to their home and taken out of forts. The Federation on the other hand is still and enemy.
Spain and Portugal are directly split between the Caliphate and SNE. Also it's Sunayyad with two "y's"
The Soviet Black Residency is a building that is effectively a fortress. While relatively small on the outside, it is monstrous on the inside with a massive bunker complex underneath, with actual gardens to farm and fortifications against Radioactive fallout, as well as weapons. Stalin lives there, and the outside is deceiving. It is rather impressive in its defenses, and the Soviets have made sure that it is even more impressive than the Sunayyad Caliphate's.
The Caliphate knows full well about the Atomic bombs and how they work with nuclear fission and atomic power. They are currently developing a powerful weapon on the scale of the Atomic bomb with Uranium from Niger and Canada, as well as plutonium. It should be finished production and tested within 20 posts, it will be very expensive and once the first testing is done, only a few will be made, but they will be flaunted to ward away the SEU, because frankly, the Caliphate doesn't want to invade the SEU anytime soon, but they still have no trust for the socialists at all.

The Soviet Union is currently trying to catch up with the Caliphate on the whole "Rocket Science" thing. Especially since one of their scientists came up with this fancy new "Miniaturized Atomic Bomb", and they might be able to fit it on a Rocket, like a flying bomb but 100x better. They posses some German Rocket Scientists, so they have decided to use these Rocket Scientists to create a new Rocket! YAYY!!
The SEU Military should be able to: In Eurasia, win 2 wars simultaneously. In other parts of the world, hold down 1 war while winning another. The Soviet Military should be able to: In Eurasia, install a popular and loyal leader and maintain stability in 1 country while holding down 2 wars at once. In other parts, only the first part. In times of large-scale war: The Soviet Military should be able to hold down a two-front war with both India and SNE/the Caliphate. The Soviet Military should be able to defeat India/SNE/Caliphate individually.
India's brutality towards civilians in the war has gone too far. Within the span of 3 days, India completely bombs urban areas such as Lahore, Okara, and Kasur, specifically targeting urban populations. The fact is though, many nations do this, even the Caliphate, SEU, and SNE, no matter what they say, those three major nations bombing raids always end up in the destruction of urban areas and the deaths of innocent people, there is no way to dispute it. India however, they are ruthless, within 3 days of only bombing 3 Pakistani Cities by artillery and air bombers, they have massed numbers of nearly 18,000 people, and have specifically targeted Mosques, as is seen by India's anti-Muslim policies. Clearly, Gandhi nor the Caliph is happy, and thus vengeance is sought by Pakistan. Even though India bombing Mosques in another country is still a huge hit in the gut to Islam brothers and sisters all around the world, India has even bombed cities in the Oman Gulf, specifically Muscat and Chah Bahar. Commencing the X-1, the world's first ever "ballistic" missile (basically a rocket). The Caliphate assist Pakistan with a mass of nearly 350 X-1 rockets, and directly fires at will towards New Delhi. Within 1 day of nonstop bombardment on key positions and homes, an estimated 5,300 are dead. This is nothing to gasp about, this happens in war all the time, and every major nation has committed these atrocities. The Caliphate is due for the Atomic bomb, they will shortly show India that they shall pay, GREAT costs. For now, more than 730 X-1 Rockets are in due to fire on India cities, yet India still recklessly destroys Pakistan and Oman Gulf cities without a single hesitance.
India makes more progress in the North, while no one makes progress in the Line of Despair, and the Caliphate makes progress in the south. It's a see-saw of power, India fights with nearly 4 million troops, and Pakistan/the Caliphate fight with over 3.3 million. The only thing keeping them together is their strategic defensive positions and excellent commanders, although in the North, India basically holds all of Kashmir. The Caliphate saw a breakthrough, and thus summoned a great Persian General from Tabriz, his name is Esmaeel Baghaii. He's one of the best, literally trained at birth due to his father and his father's father being ex-Generals, his entire family is military based, making him blood born into it. He is even said to be a descendant of Cyrus the Great. He sends an army of nearly 323,000 men to match India's force of nearly 540,000 men. They fight in the south, nearly touching the Arabian Sea. Esmaeel and his 323,000 men receive valuable aid, food, supplies and ammo from supply ships, even though they continuously fight in the sea with India, the Caliphate's Navy is brave and restless, delivering the needs of their army even in the most fearsome battles. With his logistical mindset pleased, him and his army create a master plan, that of which is a bait and switch tactic. The Caliphate's army is nimble, very nimble, able to quickly switch and get back into full swing. They seem to retreat back into Pakistan, leading a drudgy Indian army behind them, but soon after quickly fall back into the heart of their force and then turn around and completely destroy India with an Iron fist. From all angles they are ambushed, they are surrounded by tanks, armour and men, they are met with hellfire from the sky and are given the Blitzkrieg treatment. They are done with and quickly surrender, their exhaustion is great, they could not hold any longer and soon fall easily.
OOC: MENA, or you could call it the Middle East and North Africa are going to be drastically different from real life. Stop imagining it as it is now, imagine it as what the Middle East was in Ancient times, the literal centre of the world before Europe came into question (even though it stayed very relevant until the end of the Ottomans). In the 60s-70s in game most cities are going to be on the level of Dubai. Seriously, without European and American powers intervening and collapsing the entire region in today's time, the region is going to flourish and exhibit a massive world power of culture, architect, arts, beauty, wealth and prosperity.
One problem: that's unsustainable. Making every city look like Dubai would require so much pumping up oil that you would run out in 40-50 years. The Caliphate, while impressive is still ultimately a MENA country. There are natural constraints to living in MENA. Also, cenTER of the WESTERN world. The East was China's turf, and China was easily MENA's equal.
I said most cities, but maybe only main cities then? In some ways, yes centre of the world. China is going to need to import and export stuff through the Mediterranean, of course China's not going to always use the Mediterranean routes, *duh*, but they aren't going to trade with Europe by going through the Panama Canal, and Europe isn't going to trade with Asia by going through Panama or around Africa either.
