Right now, SNE is in a perfect position to be taken over by Fascists. SNE's rejection of Racism and Fascism without changing public perception has only sowed discord among their own populace, created anger at their own government's apathy at taking back what is theirs and has been extremely counterproductive (just like everything else in this era lol) A Fascist takeover is inevitable at this point, you've pissed off your own population with your rejection of the Hot new Solution of Fascism. It's far too late. I also kind of need a lot of Nations on the side of the Fascists for WW2. He's taken control of the SNE. He is chancellor of SNE. I mean, this was kind of inevitable.
The only reason Hitler's even succeding and your Nation is recovering is because he is tapping into the Hate you stifled and artificially repressed. Hate is a very good motivator, especially followed up with promises of getting colonies back and Glory. In short, you were way too progressive and ended up alienating your own Population.

The problem is that no one is not Racist. Everyone is, to some extent. Times are different, and frankly enslaving other races is a lot more acceptable back then. He's a bad person, but no one thought that he would enact Genocide. As a matter of fact, Hitler's a Catalyst, a Symptom. Someone will take his place, someone will be smart enough to tap into the hate he did. You can replace him with another generic Fasicst if you want.

The Caliphate condemns Fascism, calling it the Iiblis (devil) of the world. The Caliph has been fighting for years to make Sunayyad a place about equality, hell, even Buddhists, Muslims and Jews live in peace and harmony in Sunayyad (for the most part). The Caliphate has no hate towards the Socialists, both the Islamic and the Socialist world want their own goals, those goals cannot be reached when they fight each other and result in millions of people being dead. The Caliphate wants to enact an Alliance towards the SEU and the USSR, ONLY, in the case of a war between the Fascist regime, other than that, there is no alliance, just neutrality. The refugees who left Italy due to the Anti-Muslim mindset have all been housed, fed and found jobs. They quickly earn their citizenships and are accepted into the Islamic world. Over 60% of Italy's Muslim population has left, in the next 3 years, Italy could have a 0.01% Muslim population.
The Socialists, sensing trouble agree to a pact of mutual defense against only the Fascists. They know that eventually the Caliphate will have to go to achieve a Socialist Utopia, but the Fascists are a more immediate threat. Seriously, they're smart and crazy.
Just because I have a choice too, I will make another leader takeover. Hitler still is powerful in the SNE, but he is removed from chancellor by the bloodline taking over and (insert name for leader here because I don't know one) takes over. The racisism and facsisim still exist in this leader. This leader promises to militarize the SNE. The SNE starts developing the Panzer 1.This is a light tank that can travel and 23mph. It is fitted with 2 machine guns. It's is predicted that there will be 100 by the end of the year.
SEU has sponsored Panaman Socialist Rebels and has overthrown the Panaman Government. It will take 10 posts for the Rebels to form a Stable, Socialist Republic. SEU is planning to greatly expand the Panama Canal so that it can fit the monstrous (2) Battleships of the Yi Sun-Shin-Class. In addition, SEU is developing a new type of Special Treatment Steel that will be cheaper for use. SEU could afford to use it in a massive scale (no one else can), but it will cost a pretty penny and will be unaffordable for its allies, so they are creating a cheaper variant for use. When this cheaper variant is complete (10 posts), SEU will engage in a massive Naval reconstruction program with the new steel to completely refit the Navy with this new Steel (5 years). The resulting Old Steel will be sold to various parties, inclusing its Socialist Allies.
The Caliphate is building their Naval presence even stronger now, as new batches of ships are being ordered. They will fill the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Caspian Sea, the Red Sea/Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea. After new orders: 10 Euphrates Battle Ships 20 Little Euphrates Cruisers 10 Husayn class Aircraft Carriers 60 Aleppo Destroyers 8 Nergal Class Battle Cruisers All ships are completely up to date with the times. No real battle tanks exist in the Caliphate (Only during the 1930s did mass tank designing start) The first tank prototype is the W-1. A dinky tank, it is similar to the French Renault F1, with a cannon and a moveable turret. The Caliphate doesn't believe this tank would ever see war, and thus only 4 were made, 2 with a machine gun yet with a better transmission and faster speeds, and 2 with a cannon and slower speeds. These are only test vehicles, but signify the beginning of Desert combat. The TBT-1 and TBT-2, both armoured cars fit for Middle Eastern Conditions are being outmatched by the TBT-3. The TBT-3 is the best of both worlds, the TBT-2's heavier armour and powerful guns, but with the TBT-1's maneuverability and speed. Over 300 TBT-3's will be finished by the end of the year. The TBT-3 is relatively cheap to make, yet very reliable and the best for sandy desert conditions, the guns are very effective as well. The 18-Inch guns have finished their tests and production, and a new type of Battle Ship is on the horizon. Plans are being made, but it is expected to be a literal monster, only 2 will be made, and the biggest of any Caliphate ship ever for the next 30 years possibly. The Caliphate has begun working on a design they deem to be a great rifle. The M1 Sakhra. It's a .30 Caliber Semi-Automatic Rifle and will be issued to the Sunayyad Infantry, it will be produced in 2 years and enter service in 3. (Literally the M1 Garand, I didn't want to steal the name)
The SEU posseses 111 Destroyers (all much larger than any of their counterparts by 2 times at least), 42 Heavy Cruisers, 15 Battleships and 2 in construction (Both Java-Class Fast Battleships) to match the Battlecruisers of the Caliphate, 10 light carriers and 16 fleet carriers. Fleet Carriers outclass every other carrier in the Sea, and SEU is deploying them with 1 Battleship and vice versa. This is an extremely potent navy built for fighting in 2 oceans at once, but they don't show it off. They posses a powerful Navy, a very powerful air force, and an oddly small Army. It is quite well equipped with Armor (T-26 replacing the T-18, very large use of Armor and Air support.) and Artillery support galore, but their army is only slightly larger (and will become smaller, it is shrinking) than the Caliphate's despite their large population. India's Army is much larger, but their Navy is stunted and was no match for SEU's.
The Socialist Eurasian Union is developing a new type of Tank, in between the light and heavy tanks. The Main Battle Tank. The BT and T-26 tanks were both designs far too specific. The new coming design will be the best of all worlds, a Jack-of-All-Trades. With an 85mm cannon and designed for reliability and ease of manufacture, this tank will be produced in such massive numbers that they will sweep enemies with sheer numbers, more and more and more tanks, able to move over mud and dirt, and presumably sand. However, it will take a long time to develop. It will only enter service in 4 years. (The T-34 being delivered so late was mostly due to Red Army purges and a lot of people going to Gulags.) It is simple and effective. The large SEU navy is deployed to various locations in the Pacific and Atlantic. They are asserting that they are a prime Maritime power, and that any attack on their Navy shall not be tolerated. Many Submarines are being built as well, and they are investing in both Submarine and Antisubmarine warfare. New types of torpedoes are being developed so that Submarine Crews can attack. Their Air Force is large as well, with innovation occurring at every level of the Command Chain. A company called Yakovlev has been contacted to create a type of fighter jet for the SEU Air Forces, and they have been placed under heavy government supervision.
OOC: The T-34 was only first designed in 1937, you're going way too fast man, slow down. I contemplated adding the M1 Garand because I thought it was too soon even in thought it was invented in 1928. It's only 1927, meaning you can only design 1929 things. Hold onto the T-34 design until 1935, other than that, slow down.
