It's becoming too late, as UFOS is in a fit of rage, their citizens cry out for peace and an end to the war, many are looking to UNAFR as a placeholder for what peace should be. Of course, propaganda is a big part of the Free Press which the UNAFR gloats in, although citizens would much rather be living in a country where they would know that they wouldn't be slaughtered just because they don't like their government.

ADE was a goddamned terrorist organization. They died because they were terrorists, plain and simple. I think UFOS would probably be even more angry as public opinion shifts to the only possible backer. F. R. N. S.
A terrorist is defined as someone who used unlawful violence, espescially towards civillians. The ADE did not target civilians, they were like the Mafia, but with an intent to take down the Empire and UFOS. They weren't really a terrorism organization.
A military factory, its sole purpose was to halt the process of UFOS manufacturing of military equipment. It was during sleep hours as well, no one in their right mind sets up a bomb in the middle of the daylight.

UFOS citizens attacked a UFOS factory. Still terrorism, even if no one dies. If a US citizen blew up a US factory, it would still be terrorism.
Well the citizens outrage is done by themselves, the UNAFR agents are just fueling this rage by making these anti-UFOS/Pro Peace groups more organized.

Here is part of the Patriot Act 4. The Patriot Act increased the penalties for those who commit terrorist crimes. Americans are threatened as much by the terrorist who pays for a bomb as by the one who pushes the button. That's why the Patriot Act imposed tough new penalties on those who commit and support terrorist operations, both at home and abroad. In particular, the Act: Prohibits the harboring of terrorists. The Act created a new offense that prohibits knowingly harboring persons who have committed or are about to commit a variety of terrorist offenses, such as: destruction of aircraft; use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons; use of weapons of mass destruction; bombing of government property; sabotage of nuclear facilities; and aircraft piracy. Enhanced the inadequate maximum penalties for various crimes likely to be committed by terrorists: including arson, destruction of energy facilities, material support to terrorists and terrorist organizations, and destruction of national-defense materials. Enhanced a number of conspiracy penalties, including for arson, killings in federal facilities, attacking communications systems, material support to terrorists, sabotage of nuclear facilities, and interference with flight crew members. Under previous law, many terrorism statutes did not specifically prohibit engaging in conspiracies to commit the underlying offenses. In such cases, the government could only bring prosecutions under the general federal conspiracy provision, which carries a maximum penalty of only five years in prison.
The FRNS has asked for a peace meeting. UFOS will surrender or an even bigger terrorist organisation will plague their borders.
UNAFR's scheming took years to accomplish. Also, HMKX's done playing fair. HMKX has a list of demands. It's tired of playing fair and upholding itself to standards of war that others won't. 1. UFOS will not surrender. They will do nothing of the sort. Any attempt to occupy the UFOS mainland will result in HMKX invasion of FRNS. It will be swift, brutal, and HMKX will not stop. HMKX will advance like a terrifying tide of war. 2. FRNS will make a concession on the islands. HMKX is prepared to make a concession of its own in order to balance this out. HMKX will advise UFOS to make a concession for the Islands, as an even trade will give both sides what they want. 3. HMKX will back UFOS to a reasonable extent. HMKX proposes one of the few remaining neutral countries, the reformed USA as the negotiating spot. HMKX wants peace at this point, they proved their Superiority to FRNS nicely and was able to strengthen their friendship with UFOS well. They got what they wanted and they see little point in continuing. HMKX has given its offer. Falklands remains nominally British Territory. FRNS "leases" the Falklands to UFOS for 198 years. This lease is free. FRNS Civilians in the Islands remain FRNS, but UFOS civilians are allowed to move in and work. HMKX makes minor concessions on Rare Earth trades. UFOS makes major concessions in Iron Ore exports and minor concessions on Soybean exports. UFOS reimburses Falkland Islanders for damages of the blockade. FRNS and UFOS normalize all relations.
The FRNS is open to a diplomatic meeting. However, it holds a red line: the Falklands will not be given up to the UFOS or some kind of shared sovereignty deal.
THIS IS WHY THE WAR WAS FOUGHT. HMKX accuses FRNS of being obstructionist and not actually wanting peace. FRNS wants to gain and wants to give up nothing. This is unacceptable. HMKX stands by its offer, and adds the additional offer to reimburse HMS Invincible's damage. HMKX's new Superheavy Cruisers have been parked near the Panama Canal as well as a small Cruiser task force. HMKXS Admiral Kuznetsov and HMKXS Volvograd have been pulled back to UFOS shores along with associated escort. HMKX knows FRNS is negotiating from a position of weakness. They plan to get an equal deal.
