  1. After long fighting, Malaysia has successfully been conquered.

On September 21st, 1963, the Malaysian government, after a hard fight at Kuala Lumpur has surrendered their government to the hands of TUN.

After many attempts to push back the northern attackers, Malaysia eventually lost all manpower in the north and resorted to Guerrilla tactics. Even though the dirty way of fighting that they used held back many troops and set a huge problem, TUN troops pushed right through with ease and into North Kuala Lumpur.

Artillery pieces were transported by Chinook helicopters inland and TUN forces proceeded to bomb the city. Bomber planes and even ship missiles were used until Malaysian troops were flushed out and opened the doors wide to their kingdom.

City combat was long and harsh, and many buildings were destroyed, as well as whole streets which were turned to ruins. This was the first time M60 and M47-8 tanks actually saw full combat, and needless to say, they were extremely effective.

UNRN ships quickly punctured through Malaysian ships and took claim of many main ports.

UNRA airplanes completely decimated Malaysia's Soviet aircraft and brought hell from the skies. Without the keen tactics of TUN pilots, the succession that ground troops had wouldn't be existent.

Now that TUN has total government control over Malaysia, quick plans to remove the corrupt government entirely and set in new laws and a new democracy will be in place. All destroyed ecosystems, villages, roads and cities will be rebuilt, and a new dream will be set upon the Malaysian people. This is a dream of wealth and great prosperity, a dream that will be turning true very, very, soon.

The war is not over yet, there is still a massive drainage of Commies that needs to be done. TUN troops have safely secured the city, and are now moving into rural areas to flush out upcoming oppression. TUN royal navy has completely secured all seas around Malaysia and has begun bringing in more troops to secure Malaysia as a whole. There's one problem though, and that problem is East Malaysia. The main problem is that the majority of it is thick jungle, with a small population. Little progress has been made in eradicating rebel forces in the area, so it's going to be tough. Nonetheless, many ships of the Royal Navy have patrolled the shores and have dropped off many troops who have begun spreading into the cities.

Islands in the South China Sea near Malaysia have been the main docking area for TUN ships.

TUN is not going to follow the Empire's wishes of making Malaysia an independent state, but they are going to keep it as another state of TUN. They aren't going to live like they're being dictated though, they are going to be given the same freedom and rights as before, but their economy and government will be more glorious than ever. This isn't a plan to suck the life out of them, but to build a glorious empire in Oceania. Honestly though, the main reason for an invasion was to expand the influence of TUN throughout the world, if I didn't mention that, I would have been a bigger liar than before.
  2. Report on the war:

    Malaysian loses:

    56,500 soldiers dead
    200 aircraft lost
    530 ground vehicles lost
    51 ships destroyed

    United North loses:

    3,700 soldiers dead
    23 aircraft lost
    80 ground vehicles lost
    2 ships destroyed

The reason why TUN loses are insanely low is because most of the Malaysian deaths were from artillery strikes and bombing, versus troop v troop combat. Nonetheless, TUN lost a ton of money from this invasion, making it the most costly in all of TUN history.

(sorry if it's not realistic to your standards if you don't like the numbers then take it as an example)
  3. The Empire ceases all Malaysia-Independence operations.
From now on, the Empire incites rebellion via encouraging Malaysians to think of themselves as Malaysians, who deserve the right of self-determination. The Empire will not back these operations physically in any way, but rather organize them and make them credible threats. Feeding the patriotic fervor works well.
They continue to paint the Empire as Malaysia pro-independence, while painting TUN as wanting to put Malaysia in a gilded cage.
  4. TUN keeps a close watch on The Empire, and wants them to know that they'll be sorry if they decide to tamper with Malaysia
  5. Israel accepts TUN's offer to build an embassy in the Holy City of Jerusalem. Construction and organization will begin in 10 posts.

TUN has also started construction on a military base in Israel. This will allow a much broader expansion of TUN's military might and influence. THAT will be constructed in 10 posts as well.

TUN has opened up much more trade in Europe, with countries like France, Germany, Spain and Greece. Although trade was already existent between these nations, it has been expanded and goals to strengthen relationships with these countries has increased.
  6. The Empire doesn't mind, so long as they do not become dependent on TUN. The Empire already had deals with a lot of countries, but is also negotiating deals.
In addition, ERA armor is finally cheap enough to mass-produce!
TO-2, roll out! Do your thing! Be a actually competent all-terrain tank! Be better than the T-60!
  7. what class of tank si this?
  8. The tank to replace the Empire's aging force of TO-1, that are now at best kinda-competent tanks, and are terrible at all-terrain warfare. The Empire tried to use those in Myanmar and got utterly curbstomped, the tanks proving inferior to actual foot soldiers. The designers rectified the flaw within the TO-2, and is now using ERA armor.
(The TO-1 was also kinda unrealistic, so I made this one far more realistic, with its flaws.)
  9. No, I mean, is this considered a heavy tank or medium tank?
  10. Main battle tank.
  11. TUN is avoiding large spending projects so far, as the invasion of Malaysia proved to be a big money drainer. Sure, TUN isn't out of money at all, but if they were to go into another war it would mean a huge financial crash. TUN is looking into better spending plans, and starts various small projects which don't cost a ton, yet yield a big finance. For now, projects to create two new nuclear reactors has been put on hold... for now.

Hopefully a boost in trade and foreign relation will also mean big bucks.
  12. The lend prosperity program is going quite well. Farmers in local regions are signing up for the program in masse, and in tern feeding their villages quite efficiently. There's quite a lot of food going around, and canneries have been opened. Those guys are making quite a bit of profit.
In addition, contracts have been made with Mexico and South American countries to lift trade barriers.
The Empire has ambitions within Africa. Stay tuned as the Empire rotates history, towards Africa.
  13. IMPERIAL COMMUNICATION TO THE UNITED KINGDOMS OF THE NORTH SEA
The HMKX Empire is confused that a meeting can take a year or more to set up. The Empire's confusions are entirely warranted, as any practical meeting in the past took less than a year to set up.
The Empire desires progress on this meeting. The Empire submits to the meeting and agrees to send a delegation to represent Imperial opinion, in addition to agreeing to reasonable conclusions from the meeting.
The Empire's patience is being tested severely by the United Nations of the North Sea's stalling. This is not a good thing for either nation, as it lowers international credibility of the United Nations of the North Sea, and invites the HMKX Empire to act rashly and try ill-advised moves, which in the current climate is likely to lead to Nuclear Armageddon and the end of our respective nations and likely the world in a Nuclear Firestorm winter, which I am sure neither the Empire nor the United Nations of the North Sea desire.
The Empire would like to request the United Nations of the North Sea these three conditions.
    1. Create the meeting with all haste.
    2. Enforce the meeting rules.
    3. Act with haste to international events.
The Empire's frustration is not a good thing to incur, as is with the frustration of any other nation. The United Nations of the North Sea promised the Empire a meeting. The Empire wishes the United Nations of the North Sea to deliver. The Empire is not entirely pleased with this situation, as this situation has resulted in the Empire formulating plans for a diplomatic meeting that has not occurred, and the meeting has been put into Imperial planning, severely hampering Imperial plans. This is, I repeat not a good thing. Unless the United Nations of the North Sea intended this as an entirely unamusing practical joke, the Empire sees little reason to even attend the meeting should the United Nations of the North Sea do nothing to advance its progress. This is not a threat, but merely a statement.
    From the HMKX Empire.

  14. The DMV of Javor got some budget cuts so they've designed some new license plates. They aren't as complicated as last.
Emergency Vehicle: top says JAVOR-EV, then it says the type of emergency vehicle (police, emt, fire) and then it has STATE CODE-COUNTY CODE*-3 numbers, 1 letter and EMERGENCY VEHICLE on bottom

Federal Government-Owned Vehicle: top says JAVOR-GOV, then a randomized 5 letter code, followed by GOVERNMENT VEH. on the bottom. State and County owned vehicles are STATE CODE-12345 and STATE CODE-COUNTY CODE*-1234, respectively.

Learning Driver: Given to people who are learning to drive. These are temporary paper license plates. Same as Fed. Gov. plates but JAVOR-DL and LEARNING DRIVER.

Standard Issue plates: JAVOR on top with 3 letters, 4 numbers in middle and XX STATE on bottom

School transport vehicle: JAVOR-SCHOOL on top, STATE CODE-4 numbers, 1 letter with SCHOOL TRANSPORT VEH. on bottom

*County code is similar to Idaho's county coding (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_Idaho#County_coding)

  15. The UKNS apologises for very harshly delaying the meeting, blaming the current preoccupation in Malaysia as well as internal struggle, as well as it not being a problem for the other nations involved until now. The leaders attending will gather in London, where they will be treated to a parade and a visit from the Queen. They will then give a televised speech in the Westminster Parliament, before being flown into Chequers, the Prime Minister's state mansion, where the meeting will take place.

During this meeting, the position of Israel shall be discussed. The UKNS believes that the nation should militarily denuclearise. It cites its belief that, if any nation is to have them at all, only the great powers of the world should have nuclear bombs, and that the Israeli position is volatile and such a nation should not have these weapons of mass destruction. The UKNS proposes that a vote on this should be held at this meeting: should Israel denuclearise, or should they keep their nuclear bombs?

A vote on reforming the League of Nations will also be taken. The security council will consist of the countries attending this meeting. They will be given an official veto power over anything the League does. Meetings will be held every year, hosted by the LON in different countries across the globe. The LON will also have a peacekeeping force, for deployment in war zones, and will protect refugees etc, and also provide first aid to all soldiers on battlefields. (It'll just be an in-game version of the United Nations lol)

The expansion of the European Commonwealth will also be discussed to make things clear with the other nations of the world. All trade deals with the EC's member states now have to be negotiated with the European Commonwealth. The EC would also like to discuss the EC's desire to embrace Poland into it with the HKMX and make sure that they know this isn't a hostile move, but one to better the European and global economy, as well as the HKMX's. They would also like to negotiate allowing France to join, who has previously been sidelined due to its membership of the GAD.

OOC: To vote on these, just respond with your country's position on the issue.
  16. The Empire is beginning to establish a presence in the Suez canal, to Egpyt's annoyance. However, the Empire and Egpyt are on very good terms, with the Empire offering many trade concessions and military alliances in exchange for several military bases. Egypt eventually allows this, and the Empire keeps their word. The Empire promptly leaves a threat to Israel: Never invade the Northeastern tip of Egypt, or Egypt, the Imperial Syrian base and the Empire proper will rip you to shreds. It remains to be seen how TUN reacts to this. It can't be good, but the Empire is a nation of their word.
The Empire's spy agencies have uncovered a plot by Colombia to take control of the Panama canal. Colombia's great destabilization, La Violencia never happened due to UFOS being an ally and putting out the fire. This also meant the Guerrilla wars between the government and vigilante groups are greatly reduced. The plan is essentially an invasion. This would allow Colombia to benefit big-time from Canal revenue, with a stagnating economy. In addition, Panama was originally a part of Colombia. This allowed Colombian leaders to justify taking their land back. The Empire estimates it will take between 5 posts and a year for them to put the plan into action.
    This presents a problem.
The Empire and UFOS are allies.
    UFOS and Colombia are allies.
The Empire and Panama are on good terms.
The Empire wants to protect Panama and advance its own economic interests there.
Panama and Colombia are enemies, not just because of current problems but because of a historic divide.
    What does the Empire do?
    Either way, they lose.
Support Panama and beat up Colombia and risk alienating the UFOS.
Do nothing, and lose Panama, lose the canal and lose credibility. The Empire is a nation of its word.
  17. The Empire wholeheartedly agrees with 1 and 3. Any reasonable agreement that brings the Empire closer to the UKNS is a good one. Also, the Empire doesn't like Israel.
The Empire agrees with 2 on the condition the veto power is a unanimous vote of the attending nations, and via 60% super majority vote veto council members can be... removed. The veto power must not be abused. The Empire worries that that one nation may repeatedly block the progress of the world.
In addition, a new world, a new name. The league of nations was utterly useless.
    NAME CANDIDATES:
    NEW WORLD ORDER
    NEW WORLD ORGANIZATION
    UNITED WORLD ORDER
    UNITED WORLD ORGANIZATION
    RESTART INITIATIVE
    ONE EARTH UNION
    UNION OF EARTH
    ONE EARTH INITIATIVE
    ONE WORLD INITIATIVE
    MOTTO CANDIDATES:
    LET GO, BEGIN AGAIN.
THE LIGHT SHINES IN THE DARKNESS, AND THE DARKNESS IS BANISHED.
    AFTER ALL, HUMANITY STILL REMAINS.
    NO NATIONS, ONLY HUMANS.
REMEMBER WHAT WE LIVE ON. REMEMBER WHAT WE FIGHT FOR.
WE SURVIVED BECAUSE THE FIRE INSIDE HUMANITY BURNED BRIGHTER THAN THE FIRE AROUND HUMANITY.
The Empire requests Javor create a flag for this new organization, that can be universally recognized. No symbols of the West or the East.
  18. We agree to come to the meeting but we are still skeptical about this League of Nation's idea as if it's anything like the IRL United Nations nothing will ever get done
  19. UFOS doesn't know that.
  20. But that's what we think about it we don't know if it will work out(I was just using the United Nations as a example)
