The world doesn't even have a space station yet - one has been worked on by the European Commonwealth and the Pacific Alliance for a number of years. Speaking of that: the New Kalmar Space Agency has started work on their Space Station. The first section will be completed in 1996 (Page 50, if we even get there ). The PA has been asked to help. The sanctions one WASWAS have not been lifted by the European Commonwealth, as they have not called off their attack on New Kalmar territory.
Pacific Alliance would be more than happy to help with the development. We believe WASWAS was confused on the colouring, but a confirmation of his attack being call off would be good to put us at rest.

I'm sorry, but that is physically impossible. The largest cruise ships in the world can carry around 6,000 people. Even if you filled some of the largest ships existing now, you'd still only get 20,000 troops at the most, if that many. And considering the year is 1977, I doubt the technology exists to build a ship that big without it sinking or only travelling at about 6 knots.
