"If the watchtower is lost, the dragon will surely come here next, yes?" Jarl Balgruuf nodded. "The whole city would be in danger. For the safety of my people, that beast must be slain or driven off. My guards are capable and Irileth knows well how to lead them, but you and your companions know more about these dragons than they do. We need your help." Kharjo looked up from the map. "This one is grateful to have his amulet back, but when he agreed to follow you, he did not anticipate fighting dragons." "If you're scared of a big lizard," Illia teased him, "you could always head back east and find Akhari." Kharjo scowled at her. "Khajiit is only afraid you will try to raise it from the dead after he has killed it." "Alright you two, enough," Rosa interjected. "The real question is, do we have any idea how to kill a dragon? The one at Helgen flew off as soon as we got there, which was barely more than a glimpse of it." Ra'Shirr stroked his chin tuft. "They are flesh and blood like any other creature. Enough arrows, lightning, and fire should bring it to the ground - particularly if we aim for its wings." "Then it is settled. We will aim for its wings and kill it when it cannot fly away." At the burning watchtower, Irileth's men surveyed the carnage. Smoke and fire aplenty, but the scaly beast itself was nowhere to be seen...

EDIT: Okay, not in Ra'Shirr's game, but my Breton spellsword Kaleena made short work of them both. Shirr isn't a murderer by trade, Kal however does not take shit from anyone.

On a very related note, the one consistent act of cold-blooded killing Ra'Shirr does perform is to hide in the shadows of Markarth's Understone Keep audience chamber and snipe the trio of Thalmor that pace the top steps. Every. Single. Time. Naturally the pointy-eared fascists have a death sentence on him several times over.
I can't take it sorry, please... you can join them... you don't have to murder... not murdering actually makes for a fun challenge. The people will most of the time pay you extra for not killing anyone :3 Like in the beginning bryngwolf or whatever will tell you that you shouldn't kill anyone, killing isn't what they stand for.
i wasn't really meaning murder, i am meaning stealing.. that crime lists tells you how much stuff you've stolen and i dislike that xD i am attempting to make myself not care and just do it. lol so i got as far as not getting caught at all with the first quest... but i'm not even leveled up enough to defend myself getting past the first two people in the ratway >_< lol AND AND AND i discovered how easy it is to get a hold of frost. i thought it would take something as long and blahness as the brotherhood.. this seems reasonably simple. you know? for me having this game for a very very very long time... and playing so many hours of it, you'd think i'd know everything... but i honestly haven't done a lot.. i just, wonder around, wasting life xD

okay seriously, this is the cutest horse i've ever seen in my life. when i had my old computer, i had a horse with this texture but its name was blue.. i can't find that mod worth my life, but today..... i've finally found him again..... I MISSED HIS CUTE LITTLE FACE SO BAD. i am so freaking happy i've found a mod with at least the same texture as him. i just love his ears.. and the way he tilts his head and cocks his ears back.
so, anyone ever seen this guy floating in the waters just under the bridge to the door of dragonsreach? i just happened to walk past and was like, what the? i also found the most amazing nightingale armor batman style... but i can't find myself to get it because i want to work and earn the armor and not just... get it because its batmaned. xD
i decided on horse back riding to riften instead of fast traveling or riding a horse driven cart.. i don't regret that at all.. that entire ride was so beautiful.. pasted so many things i've never been too... then i realized just how much of skyrim i haven't played. some jerk pretended he was hurt and tricked me... and then i found a nirnroot garden O_O amazing this game. amazing.
Yeah... I use the Frostfall option to disable "Fast Travel" completely - only way to get somewhere without walking / riding is to take a carriage. Don't regret it for a minute (though I also don't give a damn about Dawnguard either, might think differently on that one otherwise).
on our way to riften to become part of the guild, and to steal/acquire frost that nirnroot garden, just up there.. with this amazing stream i pasted. .... so, with this retexture of normal horses.. i find myself in love with frost, and blue. >_< they are both so cute, and i can't handle it.
