The Steel Spike seems to be an item that's simply renamed in an anvil, BUT it has FOUR tags... as most of these items do.
All of the fiery food is considered "1 unique item" I recounted, and going more unique, it's actually 32 items. I orig counted "variations" of some of the items as different, but 32 appears more correct.
If it doesn't say fiery food, then it is a different item, as it has different effects. All the fiery food does the same additional effect. But different potions do different things, so each one is considered unique, with exception to venom since its just variations.
