Howdy I actually checked in that facility a few weeks ago, and it didn't seem like anyone had used it. There were some items in the chests along the entrance wall, but they were all items I had left for anyone who wants them. If someone actually did store something in those chests, it would be difficult to distinguish their items from the ones I left. In other words, I'm about 90% sure that no one is using the area. Take whatever precautions you want, though Also, good luck keeping Wrem going.
Cheers for the clarity eskimo! We will surely open another soon, the old one sadly was in a very densely built up area with skyscrapers and such. I hope to make even better use of the building, maybe by allowing a skyscraper plot directly above it! Well that is just plain wrong, we were in the area first. The Estonan's had better explain why this is the case. Did they actively claim the area as theirs?
Now this is all according to lotad. Apparently the new wild laws say that that land is under a strange rule. And it's split between is and them. But Thurber is owned by them, owned by legit.
As the Foreign Affairs adviser for Estona, I'll explain this. So I decided to make Thurber into an outpost of Estona, which is fine, but it turned out L0tad and some others we're going to build a megacity there. We had a discussion, and L0tad and the others decided they would move the area for the megacity. L0tad then asked if Estona would like to have Inizno, never Thomas Island, and the Estonian government hasn't even agreed to taking Inizno. So really, other than Thurber, Thomas island is still yours.
Legit never said thurbur was part of Estona, or even an independent country at all :/ Still though, the rest of Thomson island excluding the small area of Thurbur is rightfully ours 100%
hi guys, sorry i haven't been on in a while, i have been buried with school work, and also trying to raise a new puppy !! I would like to re-affirm what dean has said, me and dean are working to form a democratic nation, and i have formally dissolved the Monarchy, and me and dean are debating on a new name for our nation, and dont worry, the city is still and always will be called Wrem City. I am excited that Dean has decided to return, and i would also like to welcome notoriousPaulG, and i like the picture, and as the great man Ron Burgundy would say, "You stay classy"
Today I can announce the official renaming of Glendoria to Wrexham! Wrem City will remain as our capital city, and a new flag is being planned. I have asked a moderator to rename the thread, so hopefully that will come through soon! Also, I have the first draft of the Wrexhamian constitution! I will paste it below. It would be great if anyone could provide suggestions on what to add to it, as I've made it very easy for amendments to be made There may still be things to iron out with the mods, but a conversation is under way so hopefully we can call the below the full product! The Constitution of Wrexham. Within this document, the rights of Wrexhamian citizens will be outlined as well as issues regarding how the state will be run. Local rules (such as those exclusive to Wrem City) will also be included. Section A – Rights of the Wrexhamian citizen. -Sub-section I: Becoming a citizen. In order to become a registered member of the state – one must obtain recognition from either: i) The democratically elected leader of the New Alba Union. ii) A governor of the state (Dean_Catterson, hollyhill105 and one other democratically elected figure*). *Note that the 3rd governor of the state can be any registered New Alba citizen who was present at the time of founding or has been active for a period of 4 weeks or over. -Sub-section II: List of rights. All registered citizens of Wrexham and the New Alba Union will be afforded these rights except where noted. i) Citizens are free to act within the rules of EMC. ii) Citizens can obtain an empty plot to build on at no financial cost, provided they have the permission from one of the 3 governors. iii) Citizens may build as they please on their own plots, unless specific guidelines are set for the plot by one of the 3 governors. iv) Citizens may protest decisions they feel do not represent the will of the Wrexhamian population, with a clearly defined protest leader. When doing this it must be ensured that no block breaking or illegal building takes place. If this occurs, the protest organiser and those involved may be liable for prosecution. v) Citizens may trade as they see fit. The only requirement is that the good or service being sold is fit for purpose. vi) Citizens may use the Wrexhamian National Hall for any gathering, provided it does not conflict with an earlier organised event. vii) Citizens are free to move within Wrexham, although it is expected that citizens should respect the privacy of other players. viii) There is no limit to the number of nationalities any citizen can possess unless stated in the constitution of any other entity they may be a part of. ix) Citizens are free to fly the flag of Wrexham and the New Alba Union from their property provided it does not extend beyond the limits of their plot. Permits will be required for other flags*. x) Citizens can claim land and cede it to the state of Wrexham, with the permission from one of the 3 governors. *Embassies will be allowed to fly the flag of their own country without charge, provided they also fly the NAU flag. Section B: Laws of Wrexham. -Citizens must follow all rules of EMC. Failure to do so may result in the seizure of assets; we reserve our right to do this as before you get any property you must first agree to the terms of this constitution. The governors will be working in conjunction with EMC staff in order to ensure swift action is taken. -If a local build code is broken (as outlined in Section C), then we may request you pay a small fee to the state after a few warnings. Continued disrespect of these rules will result in the seizure of your assets. -The organisation of illegal protests will result in those involved liable to asset seizure or the removal of their citizenship. (Note an illegal protest is defined as one where no notification was given to the 3 governors) Section C: Local rules. Various parts of Wrexham will have rules exclusive to them. Wrem City: -Cobblestone may only be used in limited amounts in builds. For queries one can ask a governor if they are unsure if they have used excess cobblestone. -Buildings must be maintained to a high quality. This means that creeper holes and any other damaged part of buildings must be fixed within a reasonably short period of time. The governors reserve the right to repair derelict buildings. -There must not be anywhere for mobs to spawn on your property. Failure to light up your build will result in a request for a fee or seizure of the property after a few warnings. -On Rockstar North Island, only residential properties may be created. Homes here are expected to not be overly extravagant, but rather go well with the buildings around them. -Each area allows only for certain types of properties to be made. These types are: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government. A map will be available showcasing where these buildings are allowed. Section D: Additions to the constitution.
