I might have missed a comment on this, but this will make cave spiders poisonous again, right? Yes, I already hate them with a passion. S'why I grind on them so much.

EMC was on easy mode this entire time? There's like 1 mob per 10 blocks at night!

Difficulty only effects their health, not the spawning

I am also leary of the cave spiders. Those things pounce hard. Currently they arn't much more than a nuissance, but with the extra poision hit, they will be much, much more trouble. I've already seen people just killing the spawners on site, so that is the unfortunate side effect I think we should expect.

I can deal with it, but it makes for less than ideal when explored mines are wiped clean on the first pass. Not really a big deal and i don't think that it makes the change a bad thing, just saying.

Is it possible to reduce the spawn density at first so that players can have a little time to adjust? I've been noticing that there are lots of mobs everywhere now that the spawning code has been 'enhanced'. It's pretty hard now when 2 of every kind of mob spawn all around you at the same time. I spend all my time making new armor or collecting exp to repair my swords. It's fun, but I am a pretty experienced player.

There will not more mobs spawn with the update, they will only do more damage, if i'm right.

I am very impressed by the work you have been doing for us on EMC. Please don't take my comments as intended to be anything but constructive. You have quite a job on your hands keeping everyone happy. I've noticed that everything you do or don't do destroys the EMC economy in someones eyes.

Well, looks im replacing my wooden doors with iron ones now, joy joy joy...
On the other hand, my automated defense system i have running out at my wild fortress will actually prove to have a useful point now, or it could mean the death of my poor character.

i kinda hope it will not be hard but i never tried hard before and may never will be able to on solo mode since once i push my options button my minecraft crashes
