  1. The Ad's On the EMC Website got alot bigger all of a sudden...
  2. This is a stretch but....have you tried refreshing?

  3. It seems as though it's a glitch or try to close and re open it since your rupee balance and such are blocked
  4. Done both, been happening for the last couple hours
  5. I had this same thing happen to me and it lasted a few weeks and then it went away. I haven't had another issue like it since it went away.
  6. I had the same thing for weeks, was super annoying. I finally 'fixed' it by deleting all the cookies for emc. (In chrome click that lock icon next to "http".

  7. On mobile it’s so much worse. At least if you use he desktop version. The ads often cover buttons.
  8. Haha, that looks funny. :p Do you get many of these ads? If it's just a few, you can simply disable those (click the 'x' in the corner).
  9. I'm also getting them now!
  10. :(
  11. Because pages load faster without ads, we can view more pages, which means that we can post more, which means higher activity and more page loads... and more page loads for people without adblockers too. :D
  12. Did you try my fix? I'm curious if it worked or didn't work. If deleting the cookies didn't work you could try a larger wipe of temporary browser files and settings.
  13. I won't try it. I could try mine, but I don't need to.
  14. Will only say "reported to Google" and happens again
  15. adblocker does miracles-- have had it for years and cannot imagine not having it

  16. I'm not even sure how to interpret this. Why won't you try the fix? Did you find another way? Deleting the bad cookie is very easy and carries no risk. Maybe I made it sound more complex than it is.
  17. Agreed. Working in IT, its crazy how misinformed/uneducated people are with regards to clearing your cookies/ cache-- It carries no risk, as you said.
  18. I do.

Deleting all cookies: no problem. Deleting just the bad cookie? yah....

The problem with accidentally deleting everything is also having to re-auth with almost every site and that can become boring and bothersome really fast.

  19. Err-- no.

It might sign you out, but the saved passwords will still be there-- it will be a drop down option when clicking in the username/ password fields.
