[Suggestion] Alpha Leaves Conversion

Why does 'creative inventory' have two hyperlinks?

Because there are two links?

First off (by the authors on Gamepedia): reading the pages about creative mode and the inventory separately will probably take you a long time before you get what the creative inventory is, if you don't know what it is already.
Secondly (by jaari): why would anyone on EMC want these links?

1: that, I do not know nor understand.
2: they don't, it was just a free inclusion from what he copied from the minecraft wiki.

Don't know about promos though. If you had stacks of these leaves and they were all converted into promos, you'd be rich

Of course it wouldn't be random promos, but something that represents which block it used to be.

+10000. I own some of these (and bought them for more rupees than I'm willing to lose). I don't want these to go away.

Mojang wouldn't add it to vanilla, since it was a byproduct of a change they made.

They did add petrified oak slabs, though...

How can oak slabs be scared?

In all seriousness, how do these petrified oak slabs work, how do you get them, and what do they do?

I haven't tested it, but as far as I know, any old wooden slabs (1.2.5 or earlier) are now 'petrified oak slabs'. They aren't obtainable regularly, although I've heard they are in the creative inventory. They still behave as wooden slabs did before the 1.3 snapshots. (i.e. they should be mined with a pick-axe and cannot burn)

I don't know if anyone cares, but I was given some alpha wood slabs by another fellow EMC player. Or was it stairs? I'll have to check my vault to confirm which one it is.

They look pretty, the black and purple checked box. It takes up a quarter of the screen, however...

they were the wooden slabs, I sent them to literally dozens of people.

I don't know about adding anything to these but if there is a way to keep them the way they are that would be awesome. they are really neat.
