The E-4V2 has been released. The HMKX Government can no longer keep this a secret, as it is slowly leaking out especially due to the internet. Too many people know that the E-4V2 is in fact not an abysmal failure, but a reasonable success. A revolutionary fighter. This thing is the HMS Dreadnought for the Sky. Able to collect data and utilize it efficiently, taking out enemies before they are even seen. Combining HMKX's signature supreme maneuverability with fusion of sensor data and computerized analysis. It is slightly lacking in stealth for such a revolutionary fighter, but it's much better than anything before it. While HMKX purports it to be the latest tech, it's not. HMKX has had time to develop new radars, and new types of tech are being used to create the E-5. Unfortunately, the E-5's vision is too ahead of the times, and it will probably take another 5 years or so to get the tech ready. OOC: The F-22 was held up for years due to high costs, budget cuts and the such. There will be no such thing as "Budget Cuts" when there is a good justification for MONEY. I think Otus should be able to introduce it by 1996. This fighter is slightly inferior to the F-22, and a bit more expensive. But HMKX doesn't plan to make a lot of them anyway. Gen5 fighters are crazy expensive. The numbers on the Air Force will have to be reduced to the 5,000 to 10,000s.

HMKX Prisons for Corrupt Officials/Executives/Other Heinous Criminals are infamous for their Prison Death rates. There are grudges to settle, and the Guards often pit prisoners against each other to make sure a revolt is contained. In addition, in a Prison for the worst of the worst, the Guards have no qualms using violence to contain prisoners, they see nothing wrong with this because everyone in there is filth. Also, the Prisoners are overworked. Effectively, used as free labor. It's going to be ten times worse for Schmidt. In addition, a lot of the Guards are Ethnic Kazakhstani, because Kazakhstani labor is cheap. Food is just not enough to compensate for the workload. This means there are fights over food, and a lot of the less Physically Able Prisoners straight up starve to death. Only the top part is known, the bottom part is kept well secret. HMKX might give him triple rations, to prolong his suffering and to make him a target. The only reason such Prisons continue to exist are the machinations of the SOG. Whether it is good is debatable.
UFOS would like to politely ask FRNS to hand over Shmidt as it will be better for everyone and UFOS prisons are the best in the world(that we know of)the prisoners have plenty of food so there are no fights UFOS guards don't kill prisoners plus since we are allied with HMKX they can help us cool down Kazakastam
Plans for the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor is underway. The F-22 is a fifth generation, single-seat, twin-engine, all-weather stealth tactical fighter aircraft. This new aircraft is not only capable of tactical air fighting, but also has a ground attack, electronic warfare and signal intelligence capabilities. The F-22 keeps air superiority in its name, with high tech electronic systems, stealth and fighting capabilities. The project is very expensive, yet is predicted to show insane results. Although HMKX has far more aircraft, the UNAFR has more "superior" aircraft, although the technology is superior, the HMKX has just more of everything in general, even if the UNAFR is more technology driven, HMKX is driven by gut power and total annihilation through numbers.
A look on UNAFR gun laws since the 50s. Guns are legal in the UNAFR. The sole purpose for firearm usage by registries is Self Defense and Hunting. The way to get a gun is very difficult though, citizens must complete complex and hardening hunting and firearm safety courses. Once completed, very extensive background checks are done, and if the client is clear of bad history, they are given a license to be able to purchase and own a firearm. Clients must be 21 years of age, must have passed detailed background checks, and must have top of the class mental health checks. Obtaining a gun is very hard. Restricted types of firearms include: Military Grade Weaponry, such as machine guns, SMGs, or anything that fires automatically. Specific handguns that carry extreme power and military-grade sniper rifles are not allowed. Basically, the only weapons allowed are basic handguns such as the 9mm and other basic self-defence handguns which must only be semi-automatic. Hunting rifles are permitted, as well as shotguns. Basically, any farm guns used to defend against wild animals are permitted, but NO one needs an M16 to defend from a bear. As per usual, carrying guns in Metropolitan areas is strictly prohibited. All handguns must either be registered with the proper open carry, concealed carry permits. Even then, having a handgun in private is only allowed in smaller scale cities and towns. Still, laws are very strict about this. Guns and ammo may only be purchased at specific Government run gun shops throughout the country, all of which will run intense background checks on the buyer. Buyers must be 21 or over with proper checks and license. Ammo has a limit as well, you cannot buy multiple magazines worth of ammo at once. These guns laws are in place to keep the citizens of the UNAFR safe. It gives rights to citizens to protect themselves and their families, while still having to go through rigorous background checks and safety tests to obtain guns. Guns are hard to obtain in the UNAFR. The death rates by gun in the UNAFR are very low, the highest cause of death by firearm is from suicide.

Hold up. You start your space program now, literally, everyone else started in 1960, and you start now and plan to land a man on the moon in 3 years. That doesn't make sense dude, same with the dismantling every coal factory in 2 years, you say things in very short sentences but don't think about the outcome. Taking away every coal factory in 2 years would cause a huge power struggle, you can't do it so soon. Same with putting a man on the moon, UFOS hasn't even talked about space at all for over 40 years, how come they start now with putting a "mon" on the moon?
HMKX has quite different Gun Laws. Guns in metropolitan areas are mostly forbidden. Police in Metropolitan areas usually do not have guns, but if there is a Policeman with a gun they are armed to the teeth. Guns must be surrendered if one is to move to a metropolitan area, but some Air Rifles and low-caliber Rifles or Pistols are allowed for sport. In Areas hard to Police, things change. Private shops sell guns, but a background check and an examination for basic Gun safety is required. Mental Health is prioritized. The most popular Pistol is the Makarov, and the most popular for self-defense is the AK-47. Both quite reliable and cheap, that's always a plus when you live in an area where the nearest City (and gun shop) is hundreds of Kilometers away. No matter what, one must open carry. In addition, locking up guns is mandatory. The M16 is horribly unsuccessful, being both unreliable and expensive, precisely the wrong things for poor people living in the middle of nowhere. Hollow-Point Rounds are forbidden, as they are horribly inhumane. Ammunition is regulated, with specific rounds being manufactured for civilian use. There are specific, high-caliber high explosive rifles made by the military to kill large creatures. They are made to kill bears, can only be fired out of specific rifles or handguns, and are expensive. Most civilian rounds use a low-power explosive, to minimize damage to the human body.

HMKX knows all too well that their E-4V2 is revolutionary, and that they have just sparked a new era in avionic warfare. The F-22 seems to be better than the E-4V2 on all accounts, but that's okay. HMKX has more things in the works.
The UNAFR is bringing forth new financial plans. These include: Higher taxes for higher income citizens. Lower for low-income citizens. Free college. The government pays for your education. The only point is that if you drop out before obtaining your degree you will have to pay back all the money that was spent on your education back to the government. If you are looking for another degree you will have to pay for that education. It is basically a one use free college token. Free healthcare. It has gotten to the point of where the UNAFR's healthcare is so great that people from entirely different countries are flying in to receive treatment and surgery. Great education for free. Basically public schools are at the utmost sophisticated, with subjects and teachings that matter. Students can now pursue what they want in life. Affordable housing. The younger generation has more opportunity to buy More jobs. The free education and the very high job opportunities due to a growing country allow for this. Lower unemployment rate. It currently sits at 3.7% but will drop to 3.5% in the near future. Better quality of life. Higher taxes. Income tax is raised by 10%, and alcohal/tobacco and marijuana has a very high tax rate as well. Immigration plans: Immigrants are given the chance to live prosperous lives in the UNAFR with free education, healthcare and affordable housing, along with plenty of jobs. This allows the UNAFR to grow its population.
