Two orders newer than mine were completed and two others were put on the completing list, if I checked correctly. My order was due on the 24 of July. I totally do not like this, thus I am stepping out of this order.

Three of my accounts have been taken from me. The last time they were said to be ingame was the last time I had access to them. I thought for the first few days maybe I was just typing it in wrong, I needed to reinstall Minecraft, so on, so forth. And then I checked my emails. The emails associated, everything, was breached.

My other account and my brother's account do not appear to have been touched but they were tempbanned by staff in case.

I have asked senior staff to assist in refunding any rupees if necessary. I am sorry it has taken me this long to get back to you. Once I have control of my accounts again I'm going to shut this down once and for all. Life seems intent on ruining just about everything that I want to do, and this is no different.

To fried's question I agree as I've waited 20 days, but the hacking was 11 days ago... so Idk.... 8 days... I feel like I've seen orders done since, which still backs my reason to dislike the service... Idk.

You're welcome to dislike the business. I did say in my document that wool was more difficult than others and would take longer, but if you must know, I nearly had it complete before I lost access.

I am not in control of giving the refunds. I have asked staff to look into it. That's all I know. If you want to continue to be angry about it, go ahead, but there's nothing I can do for you. Not only can I not log into three accounts I have, but all of mine are tempbanned for the time being.

EDIT: And furthermore, I made it very clear in the OP that no payment is due until I have dropped off items. These kinds of emergencies/situations are EXACTLY why I said that in the OP.
