Sweet! Thanks Aikar and staff. I know of another major issue that we've been having is beacons. If this hasnt been fixed already, one of the staff/owners might need to look into it and hopefully fix it. Thanks so much

Same reason why you can keep your utopia res, or multiple res' or a custom enter/leave res message, etc. when you are no longer a supporter. You are essentially paying (be it real money or in game money) to keep custom buttons. Not an issue for me personally but I can see how some might not like that idea.
I've had this problem since I joined EMC, actually. Beacons sometimes simply don't work. No explanation for why, or how.
Well, I think you shouldn't pay to keep custom buttons, I think you should pay to be a supporter. Yes, most other perks stay, but I think that that makes it even better to have some perks that don't stay as well, so those that continue to pay notice by something else than just the colour of their name. Besides, otherwise: would it be a one-time buy? If you get diamond once, you can then forever use the icon feature? I think for the custom res messages, you can keep the custom res message, but not set a new one, if you're not a supporter anymore (I could be mistaken, though). Here, that wouldn't work, as that would mean you couldn't redesign your vaults.
Ya would be like buying diamond once, claiming your 4 max residences and then keeping them forever as long as you don't unclaim one. But like I said, personally I don't have issue with perks like this. It is a really cool feature, just not something that I would use even if you could buy it once and never lose it. Still nice to have though for those people that will use it.
Difficult to fix something we don't understand. Maybe we will stumble upon the cause in the near future.
Not sure if it's the same issue I've seen but sometimes when you place a beacon down, it doesn't allow you to activate any buttons in the GUI. Sometimes breaking and re-placing it a few times works or just exiting the GUI and trying again.
I've also been told that unloading the chunk then reloading it will sometimes fix it, and/or disabling inventory tweaks Thanks for the dope update

We're toying a little bit with the markup on SMP2 at the time of writing (mostly in Shell chat, so all good) but when I mentioned /ps I spotted something... Just an idea here but: The 'Advanced Chat' option sits under the 'Supporter' header. But that now honestly makes me wonder: surely everyone (not only supporters) can turn this on and off? If only supporters can turn this off then I can't help wonder if this isn't a missed opportunity. I mean; I think quartz supporters should be allowed to shield themselves from other supporter play stuff. Yet my guess is that everyone can use this, which then makes me wonder: why is this listed under Supporter and not the 'Chat' group? Wouldn't that make much more sense? I mean; the markup is only usable in chat. So if regular players don't like a chat issue the first thing they'd look (IMO anyway) is the 'chat' section. Food for thought maybe?
I think that the PS setting disables your ability to use the formatting, not prevent others formatting to show up in your chat.
So glad vaults are faster, I always forget how quickly my vault fills up o.o ....and how long it takes to empty it..... yeah.....
